We’ve stayed at this VRBO form four years ago, and coming back only confirmed why we loved it so much. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we need for a relaxing stay. It truly feels like a home away from home.The owner is wonderful and responsive, and quick to answer any questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in making sure everything goes smoothly.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an stress-free vacation rental. We can’t wait to come back. Also make sure you take the ferry over to Cape Lookout and visit Beaufort for dinner.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and had a great open living room and kitchen area so everyone could hangout without being cramped. The rooms were a great size and having two full bathrooms was a plus.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved this place so much last year, we booked again this year and it was just as clean and nice as before. It’s perfectly located for all of the things we like to do on the island. One ofThe cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. We have already booked again for next year!

Harkers island weekend getaway

Some family, close friends and myself went for a long weekend and had a blast! The property was very nice and clean. The beds were even comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

Harker’s Island Retreat

We couldn’t recommend a better rental home! It exceeded our needs. We really enjoyed the conveniences of being so close to the ferry. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the home like feel!

Weekend get away

It was a beautiful house. Great location, water view. Close to the ferry. We really enjoyed our stay. It had been about 5 years since we had been and it was good to see the island.

Loved this house! It was perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy a long boating weekend with quick marina access. So close to Cape Lookout! Driveway is a little short for a boat and truck, but we were able to make it work. The house was very comfortable. I especially appreciated all the family room seating because we did have rain and ended up watching tv while we were there. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the house - which you might want to be prepared for. Not many restaurants right on the island, but we didn't mind. Did takeout one night and cooked another. We will definitely come back!
