4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths. King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Linens provided with beds made. Townhome located in Seaside Villas in Atlantic Beach. Central air and heat, Dishwasher, Washer and dryer, Microwave. Wireless internet. Very well-appointed poolside townhome has everything you need to enjoy your next family vacation in Atlantic Beach. Short walk to the beach via a crosswalk and community beach access and is right next to the seasonal community pool. Ground-level garage has a ping pong table and electronic game. Small patio with seating, gas grill and an enclosed hot and cold outside shower. Balcony facing the pool and a balcony on the ocean side, both with seating. Smart TV, Fully-stocked kitchen. Very close to everything Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle have to offer. NO SMOKING, NO PETS!

Very close to the beach. The house has what it states in the advertisement. Came into a dirty home but the company sent someone out to clean the next day.

Check in/out was a smooth process. The house had a great layout, was clean, and was equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation. We cooked most days. We also used some of the beach gear and it was an easy walk across the street to get to the waves. We also got in the pool everyday which is a perfect facility (just a few steps out the door, and has a covered area and restrooms). Great bars/restaurant close by. All in all a perfect spot and condo.

Atlantic Beach

We had a wonderful time. It was disappointing after an 8 hour car ride that the house was not ready at the 4:00 pm checkin time. We were able to get in by 6:00 pm. They made up for it by giving us a 2 hour late checkout. Communication with the host was very good and timely. The house was very well stocked with kitchen appliances and we were overall very happy with our stay. We will stay here again.

Perfect. Very clean. Very comfortable. Easy beach access. We hope to return. We struggled finding the unit number on the messages. Probably there somewhere, but maybe make it more visible.

Nice property but was dirty

The property was not clean at all, so many poisonous cleaners were a child could reach them. It also said it had several items and did not. It smelled like a smoker had been there as well.

Hi Valerie, I was surprised to read your review given the condition you left the home in. I can send photos. It took my team an extra hour and a half to clean than it normally would. None of the issues you described were reported to us, or we would have remedied them immediately. Can you describe what items were missing, so I can investigate?
