Welcome to Downtown Wilmington!

You'll enjoy off street parking, a separate entrance and stairs to your own studio apartment. The stairs open up to a beautiful space with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and mid-century charm. Enjoy a good book on the couch, watch TV (Netflix and Hulu provided) or use the provided hi-speed wi-fi. The space also includes a kitchenette with granite countertops and small mini-fridge, perfect for holding your leftovers from dining downtown.

Great space and location

Cute property in a very convenient location. Walkable or a short drive to most places downtown. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/out was smooth. We’ll definitely be back!

A quick stop over in Wonderful Wilmington.

Added a couple extra nights to our annual Ocracoke trip to see The Avett Brothers at Azalea Festival. This place was great! Very comfortable and well appointed! Had everything we needed and was an easy walk to the Festival, bars, restaurants etc. As nice as the place was, Marc and Ashley were even better. They were very helpful with tips on places to go. They have a folder I the rental full of useful info. All in all a great stay!

Great location to downtown Wilmington.

Highly recommended. Great communication and easy check in. Great well appointed large room with microwave, range and small refrigerator. Nice large bathroom with shower. Very comfortable bed. An easy half dozen blocks right down Grace to Front street in Wilmington. We will stay again.

Great location

Enjoyed my weekend in Wilmington and this location was an easy walk to much of downtown. In fact, I never used my vehicle after I initially arrived until it was time to leave on Sunday. This garage apartment was clean and well maintained and was perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. The owners were very friendly but totally nonintrusive during my stary. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, close to town! You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and we absolutely loved this place. Very clean, and well furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's less than a mile to downtown, so definitely an easy walk to get anywhere. The beach was also close and an easy 20min drive away. The hosts were great and very friendly. The binder they have with recommendations for things to do and restaurants was a really nice touch and definitely helpful for picking out places to go eat. Would absolutely recommend and if we come back in town this will the first place we try and book!
