We had the absolute best time here during a girls/half marathon weekend. Everything was adorable and perfect. A friend stopped by with her baby and the pack n play was such a nice surprise so Mom could hang out longer! Thank you so so much. Will definitely be back!

House was very clean and cutely decorated with a good supply of essentials. Conveniently located to downtown area. Some surrounding streets are still up and coming but it was a very quiet area with a coffee shop, etc. close by. Would stay there again.

Tennis Camp

This house is so cute, beautifully decorated and so comfy! We looked forward to coming back each afternoon to rest and relax. This house has everything you could possibly need and was very clean. The beds are very comfortable, also. It’s in a perfect location, close to downtown and just a short ride to UNCW and the Mayfaire area. We will definitely stay again!

Great house!

The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well decorated. The host thought of many details to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including body wash in the shower and makeup towels for removing makeup! The kitchen is also well stocked so we had everything we needed to cook on the nights we stayed in. We highly recommend this house!

More than expected

We came here for a mother/daughter girls trip and were greeted with an adorable house!!! It was so amazing! Clean, close to everything and the property manager communicated quickly! So very helpful! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved this home. The decor is unbelievable. Very classy and well done. You can't imagine how big the home is from the outside. Lovely. We plan to stay in this home again on our next visit to Wilmington.

This house worked wonderfully for our mom and sisters’ weekend. The location was good and everything was very comfortable. The owner was extremely communicative, messaging often and checking on us and responding quickly to any questions I had. One word of caution - the steps into the house are steep and do not have a rail. My mother struggled some with those, but she is 95 (although in great shape.) otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to go back.

Live Oak Pavilion

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was adorable and clean; also well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We went to a concert and the venue was nearby. We did use an Uber. The house is also very close to downtown with tons of shops and restaurants. We ate lunch at Rebellion and it was delicious! We look forward to coming back and staying longer. The teen girls enjoyed Independence Mall which is also very close by. My nephew is attending UNCW so he drove in and hung out with us. We’ll definitely return! Very pleased!

Wonderful place to stay in Wilmington

We stayed here for 3 nights during St. Patrick's Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were very clean and well kept. The house has been nicely remodeled and provided a modern feel to this 100 year-old house. We loved the Keurig coffee maker and Donut Shop pods and Twinnings tea that really helped getting our mornings started. There are plenty of kitchen accoutrements if you want to cook here and the new BBQ on the back deck will take care of your grilling needs. Our hosts provided soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms and there's a new washer/dryer to do laundry. But the reasons we chose this over other places were the rocking chairs and swing on the porch. They did not disappoint as they provided a perfect place for relaxing in this quiet neighborhood at the end of a long day in Wilmington. We definitely will stay here again when we return to visit Wilmington.

Our stay at the Charming Cottage was perfect! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The host checked in with us the day we were set to arrive, the morning after to ensure we had everything we needed, and the day we left to ensure we had a good stay. The "tiny" house (as my 5-year-old called it) was in a great location, and we had no issues with street parking outside the home. Thank you again for sharing your home with us... we may very well be back next year!
