Great property overlooking Cape Fear. We had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and watching life go by. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days!

We had a great time even though it rained most of our visit. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our 3 day stay. The instructions for entrance and parking were very clear. The view was great. It was quiet. Highly recommend

This apartment is a great place from which to explore Wilmington and the surrounding communities. It is adjacent to the Riverwalk and has a great view of the river and the Battleship North Carolina. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the historic district. The place was clean and well equipped for a short stay in the downtown.

Condo was clean and stocked with extras. Photos were spot on. View and location were amazing - couldn’t get much better! Check-in process was very easy and hosts communicated the process very well. Always replied quickly to comms sent to them. Would recommend and will more than likely stay again ourselves!

Great spot to be in downtown Wilmington. The parking was close to the apartment and all the shops were walking distance to. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony.
