Beautiful family beach house- 3 blocks to the beach. The house was lovingly built in 2016 with lots of amenities. Large kitchen with a granite island overlooking the family room.

Big primary king bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Three bedrooms on the second floor including a double bunk bedroom for kids. Also, the home has an entertainment room with a projector.

Outdoor shower for those sandy beach days. Enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise on the porches on each level of the home. The home includes 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys to use for little ones. Welcome to paradise!

Close to all that Carolina Beach has to offer! Walk to the beach (3-5 mins), the greenway (5 mins), the lake, restaurants, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the local ice cream places!

5-minute walk to the beautiful greenway which goes through Carolina Beach and ends at a park with playsets, skate park, and ball fields.

Just a short drive to Fort Fisher, The NC Aquarium, and the ferry to Southport.

Guests will have access to the whole house except for a Master Closet and the garage which is not included in the listing.

We had a great time staying at this property with ages 19-83! The walk to the beach was not far at all and took about 5 minutes (maybe a little longer for our older adults! But they could also be dropped of!). There was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable at the property and I loved how we could all fit around the kitchen table for meals or games. I have no complaints! Owner/Manger were quick to answer questions/give suggestions.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and it exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful and everything was top of the line- from furniture, to bedding, to dishware. This isn’t something I always expect with a vacation rental. The house was clean and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking tools. There were also many items that made our stay with kids easy. There were kids cups, plates, etc. as well as a pack and play, baby gate, stools, etc. Thanks for a great vacation!

The beach house was gorgeous! It was very spacious for the ten of us. I was very appreciate of the new table that seated ten people. The family meals and movie nights were wonderful! Note to Cleaning Service: When I asked my grandchildren if they needed help with packing and cleaning up their bunk room, my grandson complained about other renters who left trash (wrappers & empty juice boxes) behind the back side of the mattress.
