This brand new build offers many amazing features such as an elevator, outdoor private shower, and modern kitchen and baths. The ground floor features a garage and private bedroom suite. Head on up to the first floor where you will find a roomy primary bedroom suite and two more suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The top floor is where you will probably spend most of your time in the great room. A luxurious kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining and living room, which feature shiplap paneling. This premier new build features easy to clean LVP flooring throughout, custom tile in all the bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop sun deck. Luxury abounds in a casually elegant beach rental that will become your new home away from home.

One car garage. Wide private driveway can accommodate an additional 4 vehicles, size dependent.

King Bedroom Suite:  King bed, ensuite bathroom, private patio with cafe table vignette.



Level 2:

Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite porch, ensuite bath with custom tile shower, double granite-topped vanity, toilet.

Guest Bedroom: queen bed with a trundle and storage drawers 

Jack N Jill Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet

Guest Bedroom: queen bed with storage drawers 



Level 3:

Living Room: Leather Sofa, leather side chairs, smart VT, ocean view porch with spiral stairs to rooftop

Kitchen: granite countertops with seating for 4, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave.

Dining Area: dining table with seating for 10 

Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet

Bedroom 5: queen bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted smart TV



Level 4: rooftop sun deck



Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)  



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy: No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series.
