Signed rental agreement & ID required
Illegal parking or noise violations may result in $2,000+ city fines
Exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety and property protection.

Beach Sanctuary: 4 guests max
$50 per day/night fee for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement, including daytime and evening visitors.
