There is a $50 per day charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding 7 guests to be paid before arrival. This is a family-friendly property.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
There is no smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) in the house or anywhere on the property including the garage, behind the garage, front sidewalk, or alley.

NOISE:
No loud music or voices between 10 PM and 9 AM.
**Neighbors of the property live there full-time, neighbors have to work, even on weekends. Please be considerate of TV or music after 10 p.m.**
