This 3 bedroom home sits directly across the street (Carlsbad Blvd) from South Carlsbad State Beach, one of the premeire beaches in all of North County San Diego in Carlsbad. Its a short 2-3 minute walk and your right on South Carlsbad State Beach. Also known as a great surf spot this beach is a favorite of locals and vacationeers to relax at or visit the parks Camp Store and enjoy their nightly live music while you sit around the fire pits allowing the kids to play enjoying a few beverages and an amazing sunset.

This home is ideal for getting away and just relaxing. Your a short beach cruiser ride into Encinitas or downtown Carlsbad shops and restaurants. Enjoy sunset walks on the beach or simply kickback on the patio and enjoy those legendary San Diego sunsets while you bbq and sit by the firepit.

The home features 3 master bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom so there is no need to worry about sharing a bathroom with others. The open air floor plan and sliding wall allow the whole house to open up and enjoy those cool pacific ocean breezes. This house is all about the beach vibe and having fun!

We also want to let you know the house next store is currently going through a remodel and the construction crews show up at 7a. Although we have yet to have any complaints or issues we wanted to make you aware of this.

A beautiful home in a great location! It’s stocked with everything you could ever need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood & has a great patio. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs but this one beats them all. We will definitely use it again!

The home was comfortable and well stocked. Unfortunately we had to depart early due to unexpected construction on the streets, but our host was very accommodating and we hope we can come back to enjoy the property another time. The setup of the home is great for families. Lots of bathrooms! Extremely clean!

Clean and well equipped kitchen. Great location off the 101 and I-5 with a superb coastline of beaches. Yard is fantastic with a big deck and perfect fire pit for s’mores.

A fantastic property

This is a beautiful well cared for home. A wonderful outdoor space with lots of seating and a great gas firepit, which we dpent most of our evenings sitting around Each bedroom is ensuite with really nice fixtures. A wondetful kitchen, fully equiped. A high end washer and dryer for laundry. My husband and I enjoyed our stay with 3 of our adult daughters and ones partner. It was really great.

Great Place!

We were so impressed with how well appointed this house is; we didn’t want for anything. For 3 couples, having each bedroom with its own bath was great! The sliding wall was so nice to have and the outdoor space was great. Is within walking distance to the beach and the store is less than 5 miles away. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!!

Hosts were gratefully accomodating!! The home was stocked well for our family of various ages (4-17 years),with a lovely kitchen for preparing meals, backyard to play or lounge or board games. Beach and shops within walking distance or close drive. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

June family birthdays

Lovely property! We are locals but needed room for 2 families to be together without being on top of each other. This place fit the bill! We had 2 small issues that were NOT the fault of the owner- 1. A group in the empty lot across the street setting off fireworks late one night. 2. Street racers practicing but they at least stopped by 11PM or so. The house is in a somewhat industrial area but we didn't mind - just food for thought for those looking to be in a more established neighborhood. Overall a fabulous time and would certainly rent again!

Beautiful, clean, great location.

Beautiful and clean property! Excellent amenities, great location! Just a $10 Uber ride to restaurants and the La Costa Resort. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Carlsbad.

Great house, convenient location

This house was a great fit for my family. For a family of 4, everyone had their own large bedroom and bathroom. The living room/kitchen space was wonderful and easily accommodated us. Location is 2 blocks from the beach and an easy walk. Everything else seemed to be an easy 20-30 minute drive. Definitely recommend. House is updated, clean and a great place to stay. Huge sliding back door made it feel like the indoor and outdoor spaces were combined. Huge bonus!!

Carlsbad Getaway with Children

We stayed here with our son and our friends and their son. The kids enjoyed running around the yard and we enjoyed hanging out on the patio. It was super close to Legoland which was really convenient. The beach across the street is a little rocky but it was still great for the kids to run on and dig. The campground is across the street too. It is about 4 miles to Carlsbad Village which made for a very scenic run. And the beach off Tamarack had parking and bathroom facilities for when we did desire a bit more sand. It was a fantastic time and we would stay again!
