Rénové en 2019, ce 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 1 800 m² situé à Encinitas est le lieu de rencontre idéal pour votre grand groupe à la plage! Situé à 1 mile de l'océan, cette unité à l'étage a une vue magnifique sur l'eau et le coucher du soleil depuis le salon principal et la grande terrasse. La grande salle à manger convient aux repas que vous apportez de l’un des restaurants à proximité ou aux repas que vous préparez dans la grande cuisine, dotée de tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Lorsque vient le temps de nettoyer après une journée passée au Moonlight Beach, vous trouverez de belles salles de bains qui ont été entièrement rénovées. Lorsque vous vous détendez le soir, une télévision de 70 pouces vous permettra de profiter de Hulu + Live TV, qui est prête pour Netflix. La connexion Wi-Fi rapide vous permet, à vous et à vos invités, de publier rapidement des vidéos de surf de la proximité et de la célèbre plage de Swami, ou simplement de regarder des émissions que vous souhaitez regarder. Il y a un parking dans la rue pour 2 voitures et un accès facile à l'autoroute si vous décidez de visiter le centre-ville de San Diego et le quartier Gaslamp, à 40 km. Legoland vous intéresse? 10 miles de distance. Il y a des lits pour 7 personnes et un espace ouvert dans les chambres si nécessaire. It was a good place to stay and I would do it again. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the access, up the stairs to a locked gate at the very top of the stairs with no landing.

This place was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room for extra people, if needed. The sun deck is an amazing spot to hang out any time of day, but especially at sunset! The kitchen had everything we needed, and was well-marked so we didn't have to guess. We were walking distance to a store and restaurant, and about a mile, easy walk, from the beach and downtown Encinitas. We visit here often, and I'm hopeful to never have to book another property, and hope this can be our go-to whenever we return!

Nice stay, front room has a lovely picture window, lots of windows so breezes cool off the house nicely. To note, there is a long staircase going up to second floor unit and there is someone below you. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place!

Perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding weekend. Great location with easy access to everything…..beach, downtown, trails for walking/running. Clean and kitchen well-stocked. Lovely views and patio too! Would recommend and definitely hoping to return!

We were only there for weekend, but the house was exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach! It was very nice to be able to walk on the beach each morning. The house was great for our group of 5 and I would stay again.

Home is very spacious and comfortable. The location is close to everything from shopping to beaches to eating to the freeway!Joe proactively communicated with me on a situation which I found so refreshing and fabulous.Kitchen was well stocked. And there was parking provided as well!

I am one of 7 siblings that grew up using this property as a vacation home. I currently live in Northern California and work in the tech industry.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I was lucky enough to have two parents who bought this property in the 1960s. I grew up vacationing in Encinitas and decided to purchase this unit to keep it in the family when my parents passed away. It is a legacy to their focus on family and continues to be used for family gatherings. I did extensive remodeling in 2019 and furnished it to make it comfortable for guests to enjoy as a short term rental.
