** Réductions offertes pour les locations à la semaine ** Cette propriété est aussi authentique que possible! Le condo n'est pas seulement situé dans un immeuble de ski in ski out. Ce condo est au rez-de-chaussée, juste au bord des pistes. Vous pouvez littéralement skier vers et depuis votre porte. Le bain à remous est également à quelques pas de votre porte, mais juste assez loin pour maintenir l'intimité de ce condo. Il y a un ascenseur et quelques marches descendant une passerelle chauffée pour aller de l'entrée de l'immeuble au condo lui-même, mais une fois que vous y êtes, vous aurez un accès ultime au ski. De plus, vous serez accueillis à votre arrivée par le gardien local, qui vous aidera à porter vos bagages et à vous repérer. Le bâtiment est situé juste à la fin de Ski Time Square Drive. Vous pourrez ainsi vous promener facilement dans la base, y compris dans de nombreux magasins, restaurants, ou à l’école de ski et à la billetterie. Si vous souhaitez vous éloigner, par exemple à l'épicerie ou au centre-ville, vous n'avez toujours pas besoin d'une voiture! Le service de navette privé gratuit offert pendant la saison de ski vous mènera partout en ville. Ce bâtiment est donc très bien situé avec un service de navette privée, un bain à remous, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un foyer. Le condo est la meilleure unité du bâtiment pour l’accès aux pistes de ski, et grâce à des propriétaires attentifs, il est également bien mis à jour et bien entretenu. Il dispose de meubles très confortables et de bon goût et de chambres étonnamment spacieuses. La literie, les meubles de salon et la salle à manger sont conçus pour accueillir des groupes de 6 à 9 personnes. Si vous ne skiez pas, vous aurez de nombreuses occasions de regarder les autres, mais vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la vue depuis la chaleur du condo, ou sur votre terrasse avec de l'air frais et une tasse de café ou thé. The inside of the condo looks brand new…the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms-totally redone. The condo is great for skiing in/out. Accessing the condo from the parking lot is weird and awkward, but once you're in there, it's great!

Truly ski in- out. Perfect location on slopes Shuttle only operates to 4:50pm so if you want to go anywhere after this time, you need a car. Very comfortable home, hot tub only steps away. Great stay!

To clarify, shuttle service and hours may vary year to year over time and you don’t NEED a car. You can walk from this condo throughout the base area. The free bus picks up dad own the street in Ski Time Square, and there are taxis too. So having a car would be more for convenience and speed in getting around. One thing is for sure - you can’t beat this condo’s location for ski in ski out access!

This place was absolutely perfect, there's even a shed on the trail across from the condo so it's super easy to find! The owners were super communicative and accommodating. Definitely made skiing with kids super easy!

What a great condo in a great location!!! We couldn’t have picked a better spot! We have been to Steamboat many times but this was our first time at a ski in ski out and it was amazing! Fantastic Stay at Steamboat

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and had a fantastic time. It’s such a great location on the mountain, and the ability to ski back and have a quick snack at any time was a big perk. The condo was very clean, and had had very easy access to to hot hot. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking to book a small group vacation to steamboat!

This unit has the best access to the mountain. Just a few steps from the front door to the ski slope. True ski in/ski out. If that is your priority, you will not be disappointed with this rental.

Property was wonderful. If you are looking for ski in, ski out, this is the place for you. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Short walk to gondola village. Would highly recommend. Owner had great communication and instructions. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Great ski in and ski out. Great unit. Hot tub right outside the unit. Tough getting your ski’s and luggage in and out of unit. Tough walk down to base of mountain to catch bus into town. Owners were great with communication. Would rent here again.

Chris we're glad you would come back, and you're welcome to! Contact us directly for the best price. Future travelers should know that you can walk from the condo to the "base" of the mountain, but you don't have to walk. The HOA pays for a shuttle to take guests from the building to the Gondola Transit Center. The extent and times of that private shuttle service may vary in the future so look at our description or contact us for updated info on the coming season. As far as getting luggage to the unit, you take the elevator down from the entry level, then take stairs down to the unit. You can take indoor stairs, straight up and down, which will feel harder, or you can take the outdoor stairs/walkway. It is a heated walkway, so if the heating is on and the walkway is free of snow and ice, as it should be, then this feels a little easier. You do a few steps, walk a bit, then do a few more stairs, etc. There is a bit of effort involved when you arrive and depart, but unlike the other guests in this building, you won't have any stairs between your condo and the ski slope. Zero! Just walk out your door, put your skis in the snow, and off you go!

A Real Ski-In/Ski-out Property!

This is the first property over the years we have stayed in which literally you walk out your door and you can ski and it is easy to ski back in! Owner was very helpful and available. Property management group very professional. The only challenge we had was that the elevator only goes down to the 4th floor and you must walk down 3 flights of stairs to bring luggage and groceries.

This condo is ground level, which is the reason it is one of the best ski-in/out properties in Steamboat. The downside to its amazing access to the slopes is that the building's elevator does not go all the way down to ground level, and guests must be willing to walk a couple flights of gently descending stairs to access the condo.

This was a great location once we got to it. Truly the best ski-in/ski-out possible. We hadn't adequately understood where to find the key but our text messages to the property manager were answered immediately. Be warned that there are 4 flights of non-elevator stairs to get to the front door though. Communication with property owner was also positive.

Great for skiers

Great property for skiers. Once we got all our gear and food down from the parking lot we did not leave for four days. Just skiing day in and out from first chair to last. Hot tub just steps away. Awesome time! Not much on TV but we had a stack of Warren Miller DVD’s for evening fun!

You can't get closer to the field.

If you want to step out of the front door and on to the slopes, this is the place! I think the listing is pretty accurate - there were no surprises for us. Getting from the car park to the unit takes some effort. Really, that was the only drawback for us. The apartment is warm and has everything you'd need in there. We loved our stay.

This specific condo really does have some of the best ski-in/out access you can ask for in Steamboat. Steamboat has been a top contender for Snowiest Town in Colorado this year, which says a lot given the amount of snow Colorado has received as a whole. The management companies in Steamboat (separate from our company) have been doing their best to keep up with snow removal and ice remediation, but it's possible that some of the common areas may not be completely clear due to the extra heavy winter we've had. Guests are definitely encouraged to reach out to us for help if they encounter any issues; had we known the parking lot was an issue for these guests, we would have been happy to contact the management company about plowing and/or ice removal. Guests are provided multiple options for contacting us, including a 24/7 guest services line.

Location location location !

We could not have been happier with this ski in ski out rental. Frank the owner was absolutely superb very clear and concise in his communication. We love being able to walk right out our door and start skiing and this way it allowed people to come and go as they please and we did not have to all go everywhere in one big group. It’s also very easy to walk to slopeside Grill and T bar. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the property was overall very comfortable if we had a great time I would definitely come again! It would’ve been great to have washer and dryer inside the unit but having the one dryer to dry our ski clothes was definitely nice!
