Our condo is fully furnished with private Wi-Fi and everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable time in the mountains. Our renters return year after year and have made it their home.

Brian Head Resort is a good all around resort for all types and levels of skiers and snowboarders. It offers many runs of all types. The runs are easily accessible and very affordable compared to most other resorts. There is also snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice skating, and a great tubing park for kids of ALL ages. Brian Head has a total of 8 lifts, and nearly 60 ski trails to take advantage of.

Summertime offers a different set of fun opportunities for visitors. You can take advantage of miles of ATV trails all around Brian Head, hiking trails right outside our door, and several fishing lakes and streams within 30 minutes of Brian Head. If you are a mountain biker, Brian Head has some of the best trails in the country and is destination spot for mountain bike tournaments throughout the summer.

On summer weekends, Brian Head offers free concerts, craft fairs, and town celebrations. Cedar Breaks National Park offers spectacular views and hiking trails just 5 miles away.

Cedar City is 30 minutes down the mountain, and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival (Summer and Fall), shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and many other amenities you may enjoy.

You will have access to the full condominium, plus the clubhouse and outdoor spaces, including Bristlecone Park which has a playground, pickleball court, basketball court, and a pond for fishing.
