Great property very close to beach access point. Clean and efficient. Host was helpful when microwave went out. I would have liked a tv that would have connected to the DVD player, but otherwise, a fantastic place in a great location.

Onsite parking. 2 blocks, easy walk, to the ocean. Launch views are great on the beach. Accommodations were better than we imagined. Wendy called as soon as we entered to tell us of 2 minor issues with the house. Since they didn't really affect our stay we suggested she wait to fix them. Quick response to a couple of questions I sent by text. Would stay again.

Beautiful week in cocoa beach

Very clean, well stocked and very close to a quiet section of beach. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Also less than an hour drive to Orlando. Thanks for a great stay!

Sand, Surf, and Sun--a perfect beach house!

The house was absolutely perfect--well-maintained, well-decorated, and well-stocked. We had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay there so much. From the beach signs scattered around the house to the beautiful bed linens to the board games and boogie boards, we couldn't have asked for a better place to make our home during our vacation.

This is a perfect house on a quiet street. Wendy was a great host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit to Kennedy Space Center. As a bonus we were able to see a rocket launch from the beach just a block away from the house.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Wendy is an awesome host and this is our all time favorite location. Great amenities and so close to beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back again.

Great House in a Great Location

We stayed at this property for two nights just prior to a cruise. The house was conveniently located to Port Canaveral. It was close to the beach and perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. Thank you for making our family trip so easy.

Spectacular “near the beach” property

Absolute perfection - less than .2 miles to the beach and the home was better than the awesome photos! Great location, great host - house had everything. Can’t wait to stay again, we all loved it.
