Cette unité de coin exceptionnelle se trouve à quelques pas des remontées m��caniques de River Run, du centre-ville de Ketchum, de la piste cyclable et des sentiers de randonnée, ce qui en fait le siège idéal de Sun Valley pour toutes vos aventures. Malgré sa proximité de la ville, la faune peut être vu partout de ce condo - des oiseaux à la mangeoire dans le temps chaud à l'occasion de cerfs, wapitis ou orignaux qui se promènent tôt le matin.

Very Nice Place Good Location

We stayed for skiing at Bald Mountain. Walk to mountain is as described. Given the way housing is around the mountain it is actually a fairly close location compared with other condo complexes. Unit was spacious - we had 5 adults and were not crowded. Kitchen well equipped. Easy parking and great hot tub for after skiing. Highly recommend.

Comfy and clean

We had a great short stay here at this property. The condo is the corner bottom unit and very close into town without being noisy at all. The beds were all comfortable, kitchen well stocked and neighbors were quiet. Couldn't ask for more!

Cross country ski adventure

Met up with some friends for 3 days of cross country skiing. The accommodations worked great for us. Did most of our cooking/eating in the unit. Loved the underground parking. Unit was quiet and comfortable. The beds were our only concern as we all like harder beds and these were a bit softer than we like.

Nice enough place, needs attention and maintenance

Nice complex, good location to walk to Rover Run chairlift (5-10 minutes) or town (10 minutes). But condo needs some attention: hole in living room carpet, old shower curtain with mold, etc. Also, configuration of condo is odd: living room furniture is pivoted (not as in VRBO picture) so watching TV is difficult, toilet in master bath is tiny and behind door that swings inward, etc. Enjoyed our stay, but not the nicest place to stay.

Great Location, plenty of room

The condo was very spacious and in a great location. It would be a little tiring to walk to River Run in ski boots but it was no problem walking over in shoes and changing at the lift. The bedding was very comfortable and my wife enjoyed the bathtub. We all enjoyed the community hot tub and the parking situation was very convenient (one reserved space and plenty of guest parking in a covered garage). Unfortunately the instructions for the heat/thermostat referred to a digital control in the master bedroom but we never found it so we had some chilly mornings. Maintenance was able to help us one morning but it was not a major issue. I would suggest a little more flexibility on check in/check out if nobody is booked on the subsequent days but in any event I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great trip!

Absolutely great trip and a perfect location for walking into town (home from dinner!) and to the mountain. Teenagers could get home from a day of skiing easily while parents enjoyed apres hour at River Run. So many great amenities at a great price. Thank you!

Great family spot for ski trip

We enjoyed our stay and found the property just as advertised. It worked very well for our family vacation. The condo was well equipped with what we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the radiant heat after a cold day on Bald Mountain. The property management was easy to work with and check in and check out went smoothly.

Location, Location

This property is located in a nice quiet residential area but still within walking distance of town and if you feel compelled you can walk to the lift as it is probably one of the closest properties to the walking trail to River Run.

Nice condo

Good condo. Facilities (parking/hot tub) were very good. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Clean. Outdoor grill works well but is very small. Walk to the ski hill was a bit longer than expected. Overall a good value and would book again.

Great location with access to everything

This property worked well for us as access to both ski slopes and town were just a short distance away. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Access to the walking trail was close.

End of Summer

What a great property! We enjoyed the proximity to the river and trails. The condo was comfortable and had a nice “home away from home” feel. The decoration were fun and we enjoyed the selection of games and books. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy a nice weekend away!

Perfect Stay in Ketchum

Perfect for our family of four. Unit was right-sized for us and well-appointed for cooking meals. Everything was clean. Great location very close to downtown Ketchum, and close to Wood River Trail and Mt. Baldy. Easy to walk or bike to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay, Thank you.

Great Location, Cozy Place

The condo was great - lots of room for our family of four with the three bedrooms. Great location, walking distance to the gondola and to downtown. It had everything we needed - cooked at home most of the trip. It's a little odd that the king size bed is in the small front room and not the master, my husband and I ended up in the front room sharing a bathroom with one of our kids. Overall great place!!

Great place

We rented the unit for a pre-Christmas ski trip. The kitchen was well-appointed for meals for the 6 of us. The location was close to the slopes. The heat was broken the day we arrived and they sent someone out to fix it immediately. No complaints! Great trip!

Nice unit but not without some glitches.

I rented Snow Star 1 for a week of skiing in Sun Valley with my family. The Unit was easy walk to slopes and town and had plenty of room to accommodate the five of us. But it wasn't without issues. When we arrived the heat was set at 55 degrees, so I turned up the heat to 70, when we awoke the unit temp was 50 degrees, the heat did not work. I called the numbers provided during business hours and only got voice mail, I left three messages for the manager and not one was returned. I found another number and called that, they had a gentleman at the unit in 15 minutes who fixed the heat.

Nice value, 4 minute walk to main base area of Sun Valley Ski resort

Pleasant 3 bedroom condo, very comfortable, convenient front corner unit, underground parking, Functional weight room and large outdoor jacuzzi. Older complex, but really well maintained. Ketchum is great on customer service and this condo and its management and maintenance staff definitely met the high standard of excellence here. Sun Valley Ski Resort has great terrain for intermediate to advanced skiers, great lodges, really great food and service. (I did not visit Dollar Mountain, the area across town with more beginner/intermediate terrain and snowboard parks). Heavy snowfall during our visit so underground parking was wonderful! We had no direct contact with owners, but house has lots of interesting books, magazines, games. Kitchen well stocked with oils and spices, pots/pans/dishes/utensils better than average. There was some early morning (5 am) noise from snow plows due to the close location to the street, but that was due to very heavy snowfall. Pleasant views from balconies. I would definitely consider booking here again!
