Nice beach

It's an older property, but still in good shape. Beach was nice, lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Building across the street from the beach! Check in process was limited and communication was slow, but finally worked out. Room was great. Will go back!

TV was horrible and view isn’t nice

The tv in our room was basically unwatchable. It froze up every few seconds . We were made aware also that we would not be getting any clean towels because we rented through a third part. So we had to use the towels a couple times. I also got 2 parking tickets because the property manager left the incorrect parking pass for me.

We would have been more than happy to send someone to come and try to resolve this issue had we been made aware during your stay. Towels are not replenished during a person's stay. Real Joy was awful.

It took forever to get in the room, you couldn’t get ahold of anyone it was almost 5:00 before we could get in. I emailed them on Thursday because the remote wouldn’t work and needed batteries and they only left one small soap for shower and one small for sink the toilet paper on the holder was all there was. She said someone would be by later that day with those and leave if we weren’t there. No one ever came and left anything. I had to go out and by soap and toilet paper and batteries and that is a shame. I will never stay anywhere that the are over ever again. For what I paid it was a bad experience. My daughter stayed there at the same time and her owners were wonderful.

Unit 825 Origin @Seahaven

Room is smaller than shown in pics. Unit is in back of building and faces wooded, swampy area. Unit is adequately stocked, but stove in mini kitchenette is awful. Stove eyes are bent and make cooking almost impossible. Mini fridge has no ice and there are no washer or dryer in unit. These are located in a laundromat on 4th floor and cost extra to use. Beach access is not horrible, but is a walk across busy front beach road. Building is beginning to look run down and common areas show of wear and tear. Parking is horrible when building is full. Security gave me a parking citation when I had no choice but to park in motorcycle parking after arriving back to condo at 11:30pm from softball tournament. After 9pm there are no parking spots to be found so plan on walking if you need to go to store or a restaurant. If you move your car once parked don’t count on getting a parking spot. Overall unit was not too bad and bed was very comfortable. Unit could use a vacuum or dust pan.
