PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO HOMES ON THIS PROPERTY. This is the MAIN HOUSE. Lake access and parking is shared.



Main house guests have a private patio and hot tub overlooking the lake. The lake deck and dock are shared with cottage guests.



We have a self check in and you will have the space all to yourself. We are available should any questions come up but the home has everything you need and we have a welcome book that should cover any quick questions you might have. :)



Saratoga Lake is a clean and serene but active lake. There are fireworks for major holidays that can be seen from the home, summer sailing Regattas every Sunday (just gorgeous to witness the sailboats as the race), Spring and Fall rowing teams and races, and ice fishing and snowmobiling once the lake freezes over.



Lake activities you can partake in:

**RENT A BOAT: Tubing and waterskiing is popular on the lake and there are sand bars that guests like to dock at to BBQ and swim. There are also restaurants that you can drive up to to grab a bite to eat or take it to go.

**RENT PADDLE BOARDS: A great way to explore the shoreline and view the gorgeous homes and landscape along the lake.

**HYDROFLIGHT: Tubing and Water flight company just a minute down the road!

**SWIMMING: You can swim right off of the dock. :) Sometimes there is seaweed depending on the season but it is a lovely, refreshing swim!

**WINTER ICE FISHING & SNOWMOBILIING: Bring your gear and take to the ice (PLEASE check with local lake directives on whether it is thick enough to be safe).



Saratoga Springs has a multitude of things to do during all seasons:

SARATOGA RACE TRACK: Our famous horse races are not to be missed if you have a chance to go! Just minutes from the home.

SARATOGA PERFORMING ARTS CENTER: Our outdoor amphitheater hosts concerts and shows covering all genres. If you haven`t been to a concert at SPAC and are able to, we HIGHLY recommend it.

SARATOGA STATE PARK: Saratoga is home to natural springs and gorgeous protected lands with lots to do! Frisbee golf, playgrounds, running trails, pools and water slides are just the beginning.

DOWNTOWN SARATOGA: Shopping, AMAZING restaurants, movies, parks, live entertainment, night life... definitely worth a visit!



We are also on the edge of the Adirondack mountains which have some of the most breathtaking views in the world. There is hiking for any level, waterfalls, white water rafting and more. Lake George is another bustling town with many tourist activities and is just 25 minutes away.



The property is under 10 minutes away from downtown Saratoga Springs. Uber and Lyft are both available to and from the property should you not want to drive.
