Escape to our serene waterfront retreat on the Arizona banks of the Colorado River, directly across from the Needles Marina. Spanning a generous 1/3-acre, this property offers two comfortable homes, perfect for families or groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.​

Main House Highlights:

Accommodations: Remodeled triple-wide mobile home sleeping up to 6 guests.​
Bedrooms:
Master Suite: King bed with attached half bath.​
Second Bedroom: Bunk bed featuring a full bottom and twin top mattress.​
Bathrooms: Full hallway bath; additional popular bathroom with shower accessible via the laundry room (external entry).​
Living Area: Spacious seating with a pull-out couch, ideal for extra guests.​
Guest House Highlights:

Accommodations: Single-wide mobile home, comfortably hosting up to 6 guests, situated approximately 30 yards behind the main house.​
Bedrooms:
First Bedroom: Queen bed with attached half bath.​
Second Bedroom: Bunk bed with full bottom and twin top mattress.​
Bathrooms: Full hallway bath.​

Amenities: Equipped with microwave and refrigerator, cozy living area with a 40` TV, and in-unit washer/dryer.​

Beach Towels: we recommend you bring your own towels. We do provide light beach towels for your use, but if you use them we ask that you wash them and throw them in the dryer before you leave. (The caretakers do not have enough time to wash the beach towels between guests and have asked me to eliminate them. This was the compromise. We hope you appreciate the option).

Outdoor Spaces: Expansive grounds perfect for BBQs, lawn games, or unwinding on the porch.​
Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional $75 cleaning fee per dog, per house).​
Guest Access: Guests have full access to both homes and the dock. Please note, the garage is reserved for owner use.​

Additional Information:

Capacity: While the property can accommodate up to 12 guests, we recommend groups of 8 or fewer for optimal comfort. Groups exceeding 8 guests may incur an additional fee of $35 per person, per night.​
Internet: Stay connected with 50mbps high-speed internet.​
House Rules: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be considerate of our full-time resident neighbors.​
