Escape to our serene waterfront retreat on the Arizona banks of the Colorado River, directly across from the Needles Marina. Spanning a generous 1/3-acre, this property offers two comfortable homes, perfect for families or groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.​

Main House Highlights:

Accommodations: Newly remodeled triple-wide mobile home sleeping up to 6 guests.​
Bedrooms:
Master Suite: King bed with attached half bath.​
Second Bedroom: Bunk bed featuring a full bottom and twin top mattress.​
Bathrooms: Full hallway bath; additional popular bathroom with shower accessible via the laundry room (external entry).​
Living Area: Spacious seating with a pull-out couch, ideal for extra guests.​
Guest House Highlights:

Accommodations: Single-wide mobile home, comfortably hosting up to 6 guests, situated approximately 30 yards behind the main house.​
Bedrooms:
First Bedroom: Queen bed with attached half bath.​

Capacity: While the property can accommodate up to 12 guests, we recommend groups of 8 or fewer for optimal comfort. Groups exceeding 8 guests may incur an additional fee of $35 per person, per night.​

House Rules: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be considerate of our full-time resident neighbors.​

It is a good location on the water with a good dock that was deep enough for our boat despite super low water levels. Overall, house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils/towels/bedding etc. Water comes from a well and has slightly odd smell but it was fine. We had a great time with our family with 4 small kids and my in laws. Grass area out front was very nice for the kids to play and it was great weather in October to bbq and eat outside. Was nice to park boat trailer on property during stay and clean up boat onsite at the end of our trip.

Comfortable Riverfront Accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning blew cold all week long without any problems. Plenty of room to park multiple vehicles on site including 30 foot boat, trailer and jet skis. We would definitely rent this again in the future.

River front at it's finest

location, location, location. great spot on the water, the boat dock was real convenient and made getting on the water easy. Chris was great answering questions and was super nice. we look forward to returning the next time we are in town.

Don’t think twice, book it!

Our excellent experience started with great communication and responsiveness from the owner before and during our trip. On arrival we lucked out and found the property to have great parking (room for our boat trailers and room to turn around in the driveway, down a private gated street). We enjoyed the really nice grassy yard adjacent to the river, nice place to relax and to let the kids get out some energy. The rooms were as described and the house, sheets and towels were crisp and clean. No complaints or concerns, perfect stay. Thank you!

Property is owned by the Hebson and Dragomanovich families. We first rented this property in the 90's after seeing an advertisement in our company's single page advertiser. We rented the space for two years before buying it from Bob Birkich.

Perfect space for large groups to spread out. Sleeps 12 easily and can actually handle up to 19 people. Groups of 13 to 19 people will be considered depending on your review rating. The rate for 13 -19 people starts at $675 per night

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The compound is located 1/2-mile down river from the Hwy 95 bridge. This part of the river is definitely less populated than the Bullhead and Havasu City areas. The lawn area around the house is ideal for games and hanging out in the morning and evening hours. The property is large enough, so you never feel cramped.
