We're glad you liked the location, but we're sorry to hear that several amenities didn't meet your expectations. It's disappointing to know about the hot tub, pool temperature, jacuzzi tub, and mattress not providing the comfort and relaxation we aim for. We appreciate you sharing this with us and understanding as we take steps to address these issues. Your feedback is really important in helping us improve. We're committed to making the necessary adjustments to enhance our guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us, Michelle. We regret hearing your experience was less than desirable, and you encountered several issues during what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and though we wish we had the opportunity to address these during your stay, we can certainly understand your disappointment. Rest assured, this is not how we operate, and we will share your feedback with the needed departments to review these matters intently for a prompt resolution. As we continue to grow, we strive to ensure our properties are in pristine condition, and your feedback is truly helpful. We would love the opportunity to host a more relaxing stay for you in the future, as this is not our norm.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Kelsey. I sincerely apologize for the frustrating and disappointing stay you had. It is truly unacceptable that you had to go without hot water for three days. I can only imagine how uncomfortable and challenging that must have been, especially when it impacted essential activities like showering and washing dishes. I am also very sorry to hear about the cabin's condition. The overgrown view and unclean windows certainly do not meet the standards we aim to provide for our guests. Encountering trash, wildlife around the deck, and raccoons that made the area unusable must have been distressing. This is not the serene getaway you deserve, and I empathize with how much this disrupted your stay. I regret that we didn't resolve the pool alarm more promptly and that there were issues with the hot and main tub. Hearing about the rodents in the ceiling is concerning, and I am truly sorry you felt unsafe and uncomfortable in the home. It must have been disheartening to think that your calls for help were met with dismissiveness. That is not the support we strive to provide, and your feelings are entirely valid. It is unacceptable that your concerns weren't addressed with the urgency they deserved when you reached out, and we completely understand why you left feeling let down. We want all our guests to have a wonderful experience, and it profoundly pains us to hear that we fell short. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

Jennifer, we sincerely apologize for the poor experiences you had during your stay and completely understand your frustrations. Dealing with cleanliness issues, pests, and having difficulty contacting our team is certainly not our standard. We greatly appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and have addressed all the departments directly involved for immediate resolution. We thank you again for sharing your honest feedback and would love the opportunity to host a more enjoyable stay for you in the future.
