In the heart of the Smoky Mountains, this upscale hideaway blends modern elegance with rustic charm and mountain views—perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family trip, or a vacation with your furry companion.

From the moment you enter, you’ll be greeted by a serene, nature-inspired interior bathed in natural light. The open-concept design connects the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen—creating a cozy space for relaxing evenings, shared meals, and unforgettable memories. Kick back on the comfy sleeper sofa for movie night or enjoy a little retro fun with the barrel-style arcade game.

The real highlight? Your own private indoor heated pool! Located on the lower level, this inviting space features a garage-style door that opens to a peaceful outdoor deck—complete with a hot tub for soaking under the stars. A safety gate ensures peace of mind for guests with little ones or pets, and you’ll also find a convenient half bath on this level.

At day’s end, retreat to the spacious king suite, featuring a plush bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower.

My wife and I visited for our babymoon and enjoyed every moment of the stay. From the moment we walked in, we appreciated that everything was clean and neat. It even smelled lovely.The cabin is smart and comfortable with a serious kitchen. The pool room was balmy and the pool itself was perfect. But the best part was the view and the quiet. We spent a great deal of time on the back porch just appreciating an idyllic spot in the mountains.We wouldn't change a thing about the property and hope to return someday!

My husband, our dog, and I had such an amazing stay at this Pigeon Forge cabin! We loved being surrounded by nature, and the cabin itself was absolutely stunning—beautiful, luxurious, and so cozy. Everything inside felt brand new, from the appliances to the thoughtful touches. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights and made our trip extra relaxing. If I could give it more than 10 stars, I would! We can’t wait to book again in the future.

Tranquil Retreat

Wonderful cabin! House had everything we could’ve needed. Very quiet and peaceful location. Stores and restaurants are close by so we had lots of options for food. The staff was wonderful and extremely easy to reach with any issues.

Mountain living in the city

The property was very modern, but still with a rustic appeal. Everything was very clean, accessible and comfortable. I had my two children and they both absolutely loved the place and views. We even had the pleasure of seeing a bear right down the street. The tall deck makes observations of wildlife easy and safer.

This place was truly amazing! Everything was brand new and exactly as pictured. Having a private pool downstairs was such a luxury. The water was too chilly for me, but not for my husband and son. I enjoyed the hot tub! It was a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host. We were so sad to leave! We hope to come back again!

Great getaway for the price. Very clean and brand new. Needs step for hot tub I'm 6'1 and had to hop on shorter people may have issues. Very clean love the private pool but now real privacy inside none of the doors and large windows have coverings so outsiders can see in completely. Still great place would return again.

The property was amazing. It is new and was very clean. As others have said not all of the windows in the living room have curtains or blinds. This allows other nearby cabins to see in at night when the lights are on. The other issue with this is if anyone is sleeping on the sofa, the sun will shine in at daybreak, and it will wake them up first thing in the morning. Also, there is no TV in the pool room however we brought a projector and fire stick, if you do that you may need a small extension cord. We will book this property again when we are in the area.

The customer service via text was a no-hassle, here-for-you, experience. They were prompt and clear with instructions and conveyed warmth and helpfulness via text, which isn't easy to do. The onsite manager showed up personally to fix our wifi situation and was so kind when we discovered it was my fault in spelling that was preventing usage.The property was everything and more than advertised - clean and appeared new. Instructions let you know what supplies were on site and what you might need to bring. The views were magnificant and the Smoky Cove area had distance between the units that allowed for a quiet co-existence with other renters. Recommend Jackson Mountain highly and this property particularly.
