Bring family and friends to enjoy a memorable time together at Hacienda — a 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom cabin rental in the Mountain Shadows community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Splash at the community pool in summer, sip wine by a crackling fireplace, unwind with wooded views on the screened-in porch, read in the rocking chairs, and soak muscles in the steamy hot tub!

When you arrive, paved parking makes it easier to unload suitcases and groceries. Step into the open-concept space with a fireplace, sofas, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Make homemade meals, play board games together, and enjoy movie nights with the TV and DVD player. You can also tap into the free Wi-Fi to plan the next day's activities in downtown Gatlinburg.

The bedroom and loft have their own TV, direct access to a deck, and bathroom for added convenience and comfort. And you'll appreciate 1 king bed and 1 queen bed when nap time or bedtime rolls around. Outside, you can chat on the porch swing, flip burgers on the gas grill, and take in the fresh mountain air. Additional amenities include an indoor jetted tub for spa baths anytime and a washer/dryer to reuse towels and keep up with laundry on your unforgettable getaway.

35th Anniversary Trip

Was a nice place for the amount of our stay. WiFi was hit or miss. King bed in loft is very firm. Basic cleanliness was ok but needs major cleaning inside and out. The height of the stay was we got to see a Bear on the property as we were getting ready to check out. Oh and maintenance was very helpful.

Wonderful location! Close to everything!

It's our second years staying at this property. The cabin its beautiful and always clean, it has a wonderful location close to all the atraccions, jacuzzi is clean and relaxig, neighborhood is calm and nice. You would definitely love staying here! Till next time La Hacienda!

Awesome vacation!!

My husband and I had a great time on our Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge trip. The Hacienda cabin was the perfect size for the two of us (but would be great for 4 people too). It was clean, comfortable and had everything needed to make our trip perfect. It was close to everything yet just far enough away that we could enjoy the quiet too. I would definitely stay again!

Adorable & Cozy Cabin!

This property is a cute cabin perfect for one or two couples! The fireplace and hot tub is wonderful for the winter months and easy to use! The check-in process was extremely easy! However, I did not receive check out instructions directly and had to find the instructions on the Cabins for YOU page. Other than that, a very nice cabin located close to the Gatlinburg strip!

In a safe grouping of cabins close to the highway. Convenient to town, but you can hear highway noise. The cabin could have been cleaner and needs updating.

Loved the huge shower upstairs. The fireplace was nice. Check in was super easy. But...there was a huge wad of hair in the downstairs bathroom shower, and the hot tub didn't work until our last night there and it never got hot enough for us to use.

Pros: It was affordable. Very close to Gatlinburg. It was spacious. The hot water lasts a long time. The water pressure is very nice. The customer service is very friendly. Easy check in as well.Cons: They had roaches in the kitchen. The dishes were not clean. The hot tub needed to be filled. The TV was old not a smart tv. The two beds were not very comfortable. In the words of my husband they needed a Goldilocks bed. The one downstairs was too soft and the one upstairs was way to hard. The side tables were terrible. There was not a flat surface to put our drinks on while watching tv. One of the chairs in the dining room has a nail sticking up. I sat on that and it didn't feel very good. There were no hangers in the closet. There was also no dresser to put our clothes in. The cabin itself is down a huge hill. Better bring a vehicle with some Torque. Also the neighbors are right on top of you so it is not very private.

Cabin is beautiful and super clean

This place is beautiful! Property looks bigger in pictures but it’s a really nice place. It does not have a back yard or any space around for children or any outside activities but they do have balconies and a porch. Love the jacuzzi and how clean everything was. Being just a couple of minutes away from the attractions was Sooo convenient! Love it!

Roaches!

There is roaches in the cabin. Front door sticks and is hard to open and the bedroom door sticks. Lovely decor. Great location. A lot of stairs to get into the cabin. Overall, a good place to stay.

Not all it’s cracked up to be!

Overall I would give this a 3 out of 10! Upon arrival we all were super excited and didn’t pay much attention. We unloaded our vehicles and went straight to Gatlinburg for dinner and shopping. Next morning, one of us started sneezing constantly.. that’s when we noticed MOLD in just about every room of the cabin. (I have pictures for proof) Later that night we was sitting down for dinner and we had a knock on the door. The homeowners had someone come by to do a roof estimate(could you not have waited so late in the evening to do this? This is a vacation for us!) Granted we understand things like this need to be done but I feel like a different time would have been nicer. Before leaving we made sure to take pictures of everything and was going to do a review back but anytime we tried to email them it would say invalid email. This cabin has great potential but until the mold problem is taken care of it’s not worth it!

Great place to stay - just don’t ask for help

We loved this cabin. However the WiFi didn’t stay on so we contacted the property manager for assistance and after three calls where they said they would look into it and call us back (which they never did) we gave up. So as long as you don’t need WiFi or assistance from the property manager, it’s a great place to stay.

Nice cabin, easy access

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is well appointed other than lacking in lighting. It is very dark in there even with the available lighting on. The hot tub was a nice addition and all the fellow neighbor travelers were so friendly.
