Our beautifully decorated, Bear Themed home, is located on an expansive wooded lot with a creek running through it and is just a 1-minute drive to the "Lil' Bit of Heaven" pool, 1/2 mile from the house.

Our home is 1,200 square feet of comfort and is nestled in a private area of the resort. Our house is located toward the end of the road and is great for those looking for a peaceful vacation.
The living area has a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat screen and a multi-game barrell arcade. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals with seating for all in the six-person dining area. The main level has a fantastic wrap-around deck, perfect for relaxing or al-fresco dining.

The upper level has two bedrooms, one king and one queen, and each has its own Smart-TV, Down the hall from the bedrooms is the screened Hot Tub room that is available year-round.

In the Summer, bring your swimsuit as it's just a short 1/2 mile trip to the resort's nearest pool, A Lil' Bit of Heaven. The resort's newest pool, Timber Ridge is also just a quick drive from the house. Bent Creek Golf Resort is located at the base of our little Mountain and offers some great golf for a change of pace. The community also has a tennis court.

Some of our favorite hiking trails are just 10-15 minutes from your front door at the Greenbriar Entrance to the National park. The mountain streams there offer an excellent retreat to soak your tired feet after a nice hike! Fishing is available as well with a permit.

While we are not on the property we are just a text or email away.

I was not overly impressed nor was I overly put off by anything. The biggest negative was the overall feeling of dampness in the house. The towels left for us were damp and our clothing took on a damp musky smell once unpacked. I wonder is a dehumidifier is needed?

First night we arrived I noticed all the cobwebs hanging in every nook.. the shower head in master bath need upgrading.. its not clean at all.. very dusty and dirty..

Home away from home
This was our second time at this house in the mountains, we’ve stayed at cabins before but this house feels more comfortable like home, peaceful and quiet almost no traffic in this community, yet only about 13 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, local restaurants have best food and people that know how to make your dining experience enjoyable, intending on going back again next year .

Secluded peace
This was an awesome place to stay. Not too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but very secluded. With the exception of the street cleaner, we only saw one other car the whole week. The babling brook was a very relaxing sound to enjoy on the patio while grilling, relaxing, or playing with our son.

Perfect Getaway
Had a great stay, easy check-in process (received an early check-in) Cabin was as advertised and very relaxing and quiet. Great location to enjoy multiple activities without having to drive too far. Communication with the Host was easy and convenient with timely responses to any needs. I can't wait to visit again!

Misty Mountain Hop is about 2 minutes down the road from Happy Trails and together they make the perfect duo for larger families or groups!
