Grandview 101 –

This amazing 3 bedroom luxury condominium can sleep up to eight guests. This "end unit" is very spacious at 2,200 square feet and provides spectacular Gulf views from your very own private balcony. The indoor décor offers a sophisticated yet warm and laid back ambiance. The living area has a flat screen TV and plenty of seating for you and your guests. Your elegant dining table has seating for six and the large modernized eat in kitchen has additional café style seating for four at the creamy white bar.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and offers its own private access to the beachfront balcony. It also features a large luxurious private bathroom with double vanities. It also has a soaking tub as well as a separate shower. One of the two guest bedrooms has a king-sized bed while the other has two twin beds. Each bedroom has access to a full size luxury bathroom.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Thanksgiving through Easter.

Family get away

The management company was easy to work with and very responsive when we had an issue. Cleaning company could have done a better job with the glass top tables and fabric furniture but everything else was very clean. The master had a comfortable bed and the unit has had the bathroom renovated. Living room furniture could use an update it was not so comfortable and mismatched. Grandview is a great community overall and this could easily be one of the better units in the complex from ease of renting standpoint they just need to update living room furniture.

Fantastic vacation

We spent most of our time at the beach but the actual condo was very accommodating and comfortable.

Overall condo was nice. Needs some updating. Too crowded and too long of lines and way too much traffic to really relax. Infrastructure is horrible!

Seth, Thank you for your feedback, glad you enjoyed your stay overall. It is a little unfair to express your frustration regarding the traffic in the town you stayed in on an individual condo's page. This condo owner has nothing to do with the towns infrastructure and should not be judged by that. This town is extremely busy in the summer as it is one of the most popular beach destinations in the United States, If you would like to avoid the crowd I'd come back after labor day, the weather is lovely and the town is not nearly as full! Thank you!

Needs updating!

There is no doubt the view is spectacular but overall condo needs lots of updating! The beds felt like a you were sleeping on a boxspring etc... Great location and loved grandview condos but feel like I got taken for what I paid to stay there.
