Station One boasts an oceanfront swimming pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court, grilling and game area with picnic tables, meticulously groomed grounds, elevator, ice maker, and coin laundry on each floor.
This tropical getaway is all about comfort and capturing the spectacular view! As soon as you open the front door you are greeted by the expansive ocean view. The main living space of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect place to reunite with family, relax, and enjoy quality time. You will love sitting on the ocean front porch with a hot cup of coffee while the sun rises. A 65â Sony Smart TV helps cater to movie night or sports event. The dining table seats up to six people and additional seating is available at the bar that overlooks the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed for dining in or enjoying the local cuisine.
A spacious primary suite that is outfitted with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, large TV, and direct access to the ocean front deck. Who doesnât want to wake up to an ocean view? The second guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable full-sized and twin-sized bed which includes a TV. The living room sofa folds out to a third bed if you need extra bunk space. Station Oneâs pool is available year-round for lounging and pool season typically starts April 1st through late fall.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Twin, 1 Full, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Ample parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Community tennis/pickle ball court, Community pool, Private walkway to beach, Secure lobby.
The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
