Kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans as they are terribly scratched. Also a new clean can opener and more drinking glasses. Also a condo that sleeps 7 only has a table that accommodates four people.

Wonderful property. Spacious comfortable 2/2 condo. Plenty of towels and kitchenware. View is incredible. Coffee, shampoo and conditioner would be a nice addition. Location is amazing. Quiet building. My friend stayed at the building next door and the noise level throughout the night kept them awake each night. Not at this property, slept soundly to the waves of the ocean. Overall a great experience and would book again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We rented this condo for my 81 year old father, step-mom and step-brother. My family was blown away by the beautiful views & just how close they were to the beach & the views without even leaving the room.Elevator is a plus!Clean & bright inside, the deck furniture was comfortable and perfect height for viewing the beach & ocean from the condo. We'd book again for sure!

Stunning!

We have been to many places and beaches in NC and SC. Island Daze is by far the best place we have ever stayed! The oceanfront view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo was spotless, full of all kitchen items you would need, plenty of towels and plenty of room. We will definitely stay there again and recommend that you do, too.

Vacation 2023

Station one is at a nice location where you can walk across the street to eat at various café shops. However, it is quite annoying to be required to use a key for entry into the building. You constantly have to dig out a key when your hands are full of beach gear. It would be much easier if it were a keyless entry system. This condo unit needs a new refrigerator as it is quite old, the handle is dirty, and it freezes your food. The beds were comfortable and the showerhead worked well. It is an old oven and it is not that large. The cookware is rusted. I purchased a new pan to bake bacon and it was too large for the actual oven. I would not rent here again as it was too much aggravation to use the key for the main door, a key to enter the pool from the beach, and then a key to enter your room. The keys are hard to manage as they are old and the key locks are old, so you jiggle and jiggle with much aggravation.

The location was everything. Right on the beach and close to dining and shops. We only drove to get groceries in Wilmington. There is a small grocery store down the street, too. The condo was spacious and clean, but windows were broken (didn't open) and sliders to patio didn't lock. Pool was nice and well-kept. For the price paid, a few beach towels or a beach umbrella would have made it more convenient. Host was very responsive and helpful.
