The main level master bedroom is spacious and offers a king size bed with attached full bathroom. The loft is spacious as well and has a queen bed with its own private bath. The terrace level bedroom has two twin beds, and a game room with a air hockey table and dart board. The cabin also includes a gas fireplace in the living room and 2 electric fireplaces downstairs in the game room and bedroom. There are 3 wonderful porches and the most awesome outdoor fire pit.

This property was a great cabin escape. It felt so cozy and well cared for. Was in a great location for the wedding we attended and 45 minutes from Helen. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice and quiet

The cabin was nice, and we liked being able to spread out on the different floors. The area was quiet. It was peaceful to hear the birds and the rain.

Perfect to feel remote but close to things

We had the best time… we extended our stay an extra day if that’s a testament to it! Everything was so clean, we had a lot of laughs by the firepit. We felt safe at all times. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay

6 of us stayed for a long weekend for relaxation and a friends weekend. The house was lovely! Felt away from everything with gorgeous views but also a quick drive to a few restaurants and hiking trails! Everything was clean and ready for us- especially enjoyed coffee out in yard in the mornings!

Girls' Weekend

This cabin was perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend. The location was ideal, and the hot tub was relaxing. Communication with the host was easy--we were able to have two questions answered quickly.

House was ok but hot tub was out of order. The hot tub was one of the biggest reasons i selected this location. My dads had 4 back surgeries and i wanted a way for him to relax his back after the concerts. So were pretty disappointed with that.

Refreshing weekend

Run away weekend with friends to go to a awesome concert at the North Ga mountain fairgrounds. Very nice cabin, clean and beautiful decor.

Great family getaway!

We had a great weekend away with our family for our daughter’s 14th birthday! We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and games. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen was a bit lacking in quality cookware and pantry staples. Nonstick pans were in rough condition and knives were not sharp.

Quiet Getaway

The cabin was nestled in the trees up on a hill. It was wonderfully equipped with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, rocking chairs-all the things you need to sit back and just relax. The bear decor throughout was nicely done. The kitchen was well equipped. The internet worked great which was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and wonderful

My granddaughter and her girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. The girls loved the hot tub. Plenty of space. Had hot dogs and smores one night. They were wonderful. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

Nice getaway

The cabin was just what we needed. It was the perfect space for our family. The fireplaces and the outside fire pit area were wonderful. We even enjoyed the town. It wasn't crowded and it was beautiful. I will say the driveway and incline was something to get use to but we were able to have both SUVs in and even turned around. If you need a place to getaway and relax this is it.

Perfect location to attend wedding festivities in Young Harris!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and aunt truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin itself was tastefully furnished and was incredibly clean. The game room in the basement was packed with entertaining games. Due to wedding weekend activities we never got the chance to use the fire pit, but the area was very inviting. We made day trips to Brasstown Bald and High Shoals Falls. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The driveway and parking area are a challenge but worth the effort to enjoy this wonderful cabin.

A wonderful trip

Lovely cabin located very near Hayesville and Hiawassee.Lots of room for us all. The only complaint we had was the thermostat setting is locked. Not a problem normally but the unseasonable weather made for hot nights and restless sleep .

Vehicle warning

Yes this is the mountain's, but be aware this road is exceptionally steep. Not for cars that sit low, don't have a strong engine or are not meant for steep inclines.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
