Welcome to the Austria Haus - a prime Vail location with amenities, free breakfast & parking and dedicated staff. Simply step outside for instant access to retail shops, a wide range of dining choices, the free in town bus and year-round activities. Bavarian-style architecture and luxurious interior design, Austria Haus combines the charm and ambiance of Europe with all the grandeur and beauty Vail has to offer. This generously sized 3 Bedroom condo (1500 sq ft) will make you feel at home.

This private condo opens onto a south facing balcony, giving you exceptional views of beautiful Gore Creek and Vail Mountain. Featuring a master retreat with king sized bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, mountain-view balcony, ceiling fan, and a master ensuite bath with heated marble floors, a separate tub and shower, soaking tub and dual sink vanity. The second bedroom features 2 full size beds, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a full ensuite bath with heated marble floors. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a full bath with heated marble floors.

Austria Haus Club

Austria Haus is one of the best properties in Vail Village. Excellent, helpful staff, heated parking, breakfast buffett. Loved the room and the balcony overlooking Gore Creek. Would stay here again with the entire family. Thank you!!

Perfect location, top notch service and a beautiful suite

This suite at Austria Haus was perfect for our family; well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the suite overall was clean and comfortable. There was enough room for all of us at the table, in the family room and to get away to our bedrooms and have some privacy. I loved having the windows open and hearing the creek and birds. Everyone on staff was exceptional, so helpful answering questions and making recommendations on restaurants and activities. We love Vail coming to Vail and this suite will be our go-to from now on.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of staff or accommodations. From checking in, daily engagement, always there to help and awesome to have a nice breakfast included. Will always look to stay right in town with these luxurious accommodations.

Five Star Getaway-Austria Haus

Very clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and breakfast every morning was a nice treat. Staying at the Austria Haus is always a five star getaway. We look forward to our next getaway! Kelly, the property manager, was always very professional and quick to respond to any question we may have had.
