This property was amazing! We came for a girls trip and had everything we needed and of course the island didn’t disappoint. Doug and Wally were both excellent to work with and made sure we were taken care of and gave us recommendations and answered all of our questions.

The villa was perfect!! Close to the water, close to the pool, and close to the shops in Philipsburg. This was our second stay at the Villas and we will continue to book our stay on th island here.

What an incredible place! Exceptional communication with Host. Onsite manger that was there to greet us, bring newspaper in the morning and say good bye. He also promptly change propane tank when needed. Host gave us a very thorough handout with information about complex and all the beaches, favorite sights and restaurants. All that were excellent choices. We receded to the packet of info throughout our trip. The place was spotless, we saw no bugs, not one. And very comfortable. Quiet end of the beach in Phillipsburg. Great pool and right on the beach. Friendly people in the complex including year round residents that didn’t mind seeing new faces in their small complex. Check in was great because we were greeted upon arrival and were given helpful instructions for our stay. Truly a glorious week for both couples.

Just the vacation we needed

The villa was well equipped and well maintained. Doug gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to do on the island. Serge was helpful making reservations and booking taxi trips for us. Great location and quiet.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We loved staying at the Villas! Our family enjoyed the pool and walking to the boardwalk for dinner and shopping. Wally helped us book a catamaran excursion, which I highly recommend. This was our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay

If you’re looking for less night life, beautiful quiet beach with the option to be in the mix of busy beaches, it would be a shame to overlook this villa. Communications were excellent, the Villa was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thanks, Bethany. We think we have the best of both worlds by having peace and quiet but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of downtown Philipsburg. Philipsburg offers great shopping, restaurants, beach activity, and people watching. On cruise ship days it is fun just to watch the different cultures.

The place was perfect for us!

We just go back from our week stay a Great Bay Villas. It was perfect in every way from the beautiful views, the nice kitchen, and all the amenities one would need on a vacation. Having the little private (for the villa) pool was ideal when you didn't want to be at the beach anymore. We look forward to a return trip!!

Great Property and Stay

Property, grounds, and property manager were fantastic. Very well supplied, beach was great, pool very clean. Interaction with Host was easy and comprehensive. Walking distance to Boardwalk and great restaurants. Great value for what was provided.

Perfect Location

Doug is an amazing host, extremely helpful and gives you loads of information about the island. The villa is well stocked and clean. You are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and a beach just steps away.
