Des améliorations majeures sont apportées pour répondre aux souhaits des clients: téléviseur LG OLED 4K LG 65 ", abonnement Netflix Premium, machine à expresso SAECO, nouveau mobilier italien, nouveau matelas à ressorts ensachés de qualité supérieure, nouveau climatiseur, four à micro-ondes, laveuse, sécheuse, etc. Il y a deux unités de climatisation indépendantes, mais elles ne sont vraiment pas nécessaires dans cet appartement qui n'est jamais chauffé par la lumière directe du soleil et constamment refroidi par la brise de l'océan qui traverse chaque pièce. Au lieu de cela, vous pouvez ouvrir les portes de terrasse large et profiter de sons et les odeurs de la puissante présence de l'océan dans votre chambre toute la nuit. Sur la terrasse, être surpris par la vue panoramique sur l'océan avec d'énormes navires de croisière, des yachts, catamarans, île de Saba, etc. Sur certains jours, vous pouvez voir Saint- Eustache et Saint-même Kitts à l'horizon. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return! The unit was spacious, had everything we needed, and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed watching all of the ships pass by. The resort itself and pools were also very nice.

The location is excellent!! Views are amazing and beautiful pools and private beach!! There was a problem with internet, and therefore no TV as it's a smart TV. We had to buy data for our cell phones.

What a beautiful place. The condo was spacious, clean and inviting. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The beach......one of the most beautiful beaches i've ever seen. Private beach with your own cave for shade. Very secluded, quiet and tranquil. We will be back.

Spacious and comfortable

We were impressed with the location, view and extras that were included. We took advantage of the car rental through this condo and loved that there was a private beach directly below this place. Beach chairs and inflatables were appreciated. We hope to return again someday!

Winter getaway

It was great. Everything we needed and more. Incredible view and very comfortable condo. Pools and beach out front are incredible! Property very well maintained, not crowded and really appreciated the gated entrance. Close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful view

We had a great holiday. The condo location was outstanding. Nearby amenities were great. Chris (property manager) assisted with airport pick up and drop off, which was awesome A couple of maintenance matters to be addressed, such as stove top, light bulbs, etc. Would I book property again? Absolutely yes.

Stove top is being replaced by a new premium Whirlpool model (we have to do it when the apartment is not occupied). Same for the light bulbs.

Some items were broke

Took day and a half to fix air conditioner and some wall plugs. Property manager and crew worked very hard to repair. Condo was nice. View absolutely stunning and amenities were wonderful.

Great time!

Very nice place! Chris, the property manager was there to help us every step of the way. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Pictures don't do justice, the view is spectacular, and the private beach with the spiral staircase is something that needs to be seen with your own eyes. Highly recommend having a rental car for your stay as there are too many spots to hit. Do yourself a favor and buy a map at a local gas station so you are aware of the streets/roads on the island. Grocery store isn't far away...very nice too - Chris will show you the way to it. Again, my girlfriend and I had a fantastic time and will probably stay at this same place next time!

Absolutely perfect vacation spot

This property was better than we even anticipated! Spacious and well maintained. Great views of the ocean and ships coming in and out of the island. Location is convenient. You can walk to eating spots and grocery store or short drive to Maho for night time activities. Property manager Chris came to the property and went over everything with us and also some suggestions on places to visit while there. I’d say about the biggest drawback was the Wi-Fi. The 5 G didn’t work, but luckily they had a weaker Wi-Fi that was slower but got us by. Wouldn’t have been good if you were trying to do work from there. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to rent it again in the future!

Property location is great and so is the view. HOWEVER Unit was dirty. Smelled moldy. Fridge was completely broken and moldy upon arrival. I guess nobody walked through the unit prior to our check-in. Air conditioning is "rationed out" and you can only get up to 30 minutes of run-time. If you want more AC, you need to push a button. Its absurd. If something goes wrong, you will receive ridiculous reasons why its your problem and not the owner's issue to remedy. We stayed for 3 days and moved to a different unit because they could not repair or replace the fridge. (We were here for 9 days and the locals informed us he still hasn't repaired or replaced the fridge sincce we moved out). We rented from a different owner at this property and it was fabulous. We highly recommend the property but NOT this unit and NOT this owner. Do yourself a favor and book a different unit.

This review is a mix of truth, exaggeration and lies. The problem the guest encountered was caused by a combination of 3 rare incidents: 1) after the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned, checked and prepared for other guests about 2 weeks before Christian’s check-in, those other guests had their flight cancelled and did not arrive; 2) the fridge broke some time afterwards, unknown to the owner, and ice melted inside; 3) although asked in writing to do so, Christian did not contact property manager Chris before arrival and as a result Chris had to meet him in a rush and did not have a chance to inspect the unit again. Our cleaner always does a great job so it can’t be true the unit was “dirty”, at least Christian never said a word to Chris or myself about it. The bad smell was just coming from the fridge opened and should be gone in an hour with balcony doors open. Chris offered right away to refresh the apartment but the guest refused. We started fridge repair immediately (Christian even wrote that “Chris has been very responsive”) but unfortunately parts are not available fast on the island. After the second night, Christian contacted me and told his intention to move out if the problem is not fixed soon. I sincerely apologized, offered a compensation AND replacing the fridge. That evening (in 4 hours after receiving the first email), I managed to find a replacement fridge to be delivered next morning. Until that time, I made an agreement with a neighbor to let my guest use her fridge. But Christian preferred to move out and started demanding a ridiculously big compensation. However, I strongly believe that the full cost of 3 nights that I have refunded was a fair compensation because, beyond the broken fridge, there were many other amenities and utilities in the unit that were used normally. By the way, I never said this was a guest’s problem – just suggested it could be easily mitigated if we bought (at owner’s expense) a large cooler with ice should the guest requested. But it seemed the guest preferred to focus upon maximizing potential compensation rather than minimizing inconvenience. Since Christian had moved out in the evening, we had no reasons to replace the fridge urgently on the next day. Regarding the ACs: Christian “forgot” to mention that the ACs were scheduled to run in FULL (unlimited) mode at night time, and in ECO mode (started via a 30-min timer) at day when most guests are not staying in the apartment. Great property but problems with the water and amenities

The condo was clean and well maintained. The view of the pool/ocean was excellent, and the grounds and pool area were in very good shape. The reason for the 2 star rating is mostly because of significant problems with the water service, and also because of inaccuracies in the listed amenities. First, the water. It actually stopped a total of 4 times. The first full day we were there, we noticed in the morning that we had just a slight trickle when we turned on the faucet. We reported it to the property manager (Chris) via text and he responded with a voice mail. He said it was a problem with the utility company and out of his control. The water resumed late afternoon and we assumed the problem was behind us. It was fine until very early on day 5, when it stopped completely. It resumed late afternoon, stopped again in the evening, and then resumed again overnight. It stopped again mid-morning on day 6. Throughout all of this we were corresponding with Chris to figure out how to resolve this. He didn't respond initially, but later on day 5 came out and reported that a water valve in the building was sabotaged. I should note here that the water turned off twice after this diagnosis of the problem. Since we were without water for the equivalent of about two days, after the trip I requested a partial refund from the owner. He refused any refund. His position was that the problems did not arise from issues with his equipment, so he bore no responsibility. He felt that because he allowed us to stay a couple hours after check-out time on the last day we had been fairly compensated for our troubles. He also offered one free night on a future stay, but why would we want to stay there again? I see one of the other reviews mentions plumbing problems, so there seems to be a recurring theme here. Based on the email correspondence I've had with the owner the last few days, I expect him to accuse me of lying and extortion, but neither is true. I think any reasonable renter expects working utilities, and some type of consideration if they're not. The second issue was the listed amenities. Amongst them was a rooftop tennis court and a exercise room. We devoted most of a suitcase to tennis racquets, but learned when we got there the first day that the tennis court had been closed since the hurricane 4 years ago, and the exercise room was only available for a extra fee. Later the owner claimed he did not know about this - not sure how that's possible.

The guests had reported intermittent problems with water pressure that happened during their stay. The cause was probably the utility company on Monday and someone's mistakenly closing the valve in the water room multiple times on Thursday/Friday. These unpredictable events were not due to any fault from the host nor to owner's equipment breakdown. They have nothing to do with the plumbing problem that had happened few years back. However, we did everything possible to mitigate: - my property manager urgently came to the condo 4 times total to check the problem & to reopen the valve; - he put a lock on the valve to prevent its accidental closing; - he and myself have apologized to the guests; - in the document emailed to the guests prior to their check-in it was clearly stated that water outages do happen on the island and guests are advised to buy few gallons of drinking/sanitary water in case the stock kept in the apartment had been depleted; - guests' request for late checkout was immediately granted with no extra charge; - I offered a free one night at a future stay. Guest also complained about outdated info in the listing regarding the rooftop tennis court in the condo's Tennis building and the gym. I apologized for the former mistake made because neither me nor my guests used the court for the last few years (however, there are couple tennis courts open for non-members and one is within 15 min drive), but regarding the gym - the listing does not claim it's free of charge. So I was quite surprised to receive a message from the guest starting with "You have a beautiful, clean, well maintained property and we enjoyed our stay" but then demanding a compensation of two day's rental, like if they did not occupy the apt during the hot season, did not use its electricity and equipment worth tens of thousands for 2 full days. Sadly, the guest even resorted to threatening me with a negative review if I don't pay (email evidence does exist). I would not recommend hosting these guests - unless of course the host enjoys being treated like this for something that is absolutely not your fault.

First time staying with a VRBO property. Dirty, not well maintained.

I was excited about this property when looking for a place to stay with friends in Saint Maarten. The positive I could say about this property is its location. It had a beautiful beach front ocean view. That is the only positive I can say. The property was very dirty and not well equipped. The air conditioning was not working in the second bedroom through our entire stay. When choosing this property air-conditioning was one of the reasons we chose this property. The mattresses on both beds were very used! Could feel the springs in our backs. I am usually not a complainer but… Things need to change in this property! We are looking for some reimbursement.

Million dollar view!

Rental experience went just as expected except getting into Condo a day late because of a plumbing problem which owner put us up in another location for the one night, and then extended our stay by one night to make up for inconvenience. Chris, property Mgr (Was very helpful), met us at Condo and to made sure everything was clean and ready for us. We've been to St Maarten several times and this condo has one of the best views we have had! It's in the Cupecoy area which is very close to airport, golf course, casino and lots of restaurants. We would definitely consider this condo for our next visit.
