Appartement dans immeuble Haussmanien, entre métro Masséna et Foch (250m), à proximité du parc de la Tête d'Or, des Hall Paul Bocuse et du centre commercial de la Part Dieu. Nombreux commerces dont le chocolatier Bernachon avec une boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble. et plusieurs restaurants. Situé à l'entresol, avec murs en pierres apparentes, parquets et boiseries. Les 2 fenêtres du salon sont orientées sud, avec vue sur le cours, elles sont équipées de double-vitrage et de volets intérieurs. Chauffage par radiateurs électriques individuels. Constitué d'une chambre de 15m2, d'une salle de bains, d'un WC indépendant, d'une pièce cuisine / séjour de 35m2 avec cheminée et d'un dressing avec penderies et tiroirs de rangement (3,5m2). Abonnement à Canal + Séries et ventilateurs disponibles pendant l'été. Animaux domestiques acceptés.

Beautiful apartment in nice part of town — good shopping, restaurants and publicity metro close by. Apartment fully furnished with everything you could need — including washer and dryer. Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in/ Check out was a breeze. Highly recommend

Amazing Place -

We loved this place both for location and the sheer peacefulness of it! Great beds, good kitchen and Pascal was amazing and so helpful! He even held a parking spot for us when we arrived!

Wonderful apartment in Lyon

Everything was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed for our three day stay and the property manager was very attentive to our needs. Property was very clean and quiet, close to many bakeries and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location

Very enjoyable stay, the apartment was practical, spacious and comfy, location central, the 6th arrd is walking distance to Vieux Lyon, parc Tête D'or and most of central Lyon. You won't be disappointed.

First visit to Lyon

This was a lovely location and we enjoyed staying in the area - lots of good food options and close to the Metro. The apartment was very pleasant and as described, with everything we needed. Communication with the host and the concierge was prompt and straightforward.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Martine’s place in the 6th arrondisement. The place is a good sized 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed (and sofa bed in the living room), large bathroom and modern amenities, including a washer AND dryer! The bedroom is in a quiet section facing a courtyard, which was great for someone sensitive to noise. Easy access to metro, restaurants and specialty shops. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Pascal was responsive and helpful - he welcomed us, walked us through the unit, and helped us with our bags at arrival and departure. Highly recommend staying at Martine’s.

This apartment was amazing, so spacious and incredibly well equipped. Its central location in a stylish shopping street close to the heart of Lyon is ideal, with a bakery downstairs for delicious pastries and cakes!

Great Apartment!

Totally enjoyed our stay! The location is convenient to all the sights of Lyon whether walking or using transit. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. The property manager Pascal could not have been more responsive and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this property!

Very comfortable, well located rental. Walking distance 2 subways, shops, parks and historic downtown. We loved the apartment character; comfortable bed; bathroom with heated towel rack ( separated from toilet); well equipped kitchen and ample storage. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in a good area.

The apartment was spacious and in a quiet area. There was an amazing bakery just next door and plenty of restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets nearby. Easy to walk over the bridge to explore the other areas of Lyon.Pascal, the concierge was great. He helped us up the stairs with our luggage and, on departure, waited outside with us to ensure that our Uber arrived OK.

Great apartment close to centre of Lyon

This apartment had all the facilities needed for a great stay not far from the city centre. It was clean and quiet, wifi was good and we appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Communication with the owner and concierge was easy. Happy to recommend.

Perfect apartment

The apartment had everything you need and great location. Easy to walk or take train but quiet. Pascal was right on time for check in and check out. Bed very comfortable and washer dryer a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!
