Amazing location!

The view from this unit is amazing! Property manager was very timely and great at communication. The beach was perfect for our little ones. I loved the amenities at the location and would definitely stay here again.

Maui vacation

Great location! Great views! Great sunsets! Great beach for snorkeling and general beach activities. Saw lots of tropical fish, coral and four sea turtles while snorkeling in front of the condo! Very close to everything in Wailea including their stunning golf courses. Would definitely return to this condo!

Great place and great service!

Our family of four, including 2 children (6 and 1) loved our stay here. The place was well equipped and the pool and beach were perfect for the kids. Great location for seeing the island. Recommend booking direct with Alii Resorts, rather than through Vrbo to save some $$$ - we will do that next time. Be careful with the doors, they close quickly when it’s windy. Plus the front door metal casing occasionally falls off. Everything else is great!

Perfect Location!

The location could not have been better! Beautiful beach decor and artwork on property and in the condo. We chose this property because it is right on the beach, has a grassy area just above the beach, pool is right by the beach. We liked being on the top (8th) floor and the elevators were fast. We had a designated parking spot, which was nice. South Kihei-almost Wailea was perfect. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer were not in the unit - they were by the elevator and charged per wash or dry. Also, the restaurant and store were closed, which we were not aware of when we booked. Would have been nice to know. A lot of items we didn't need were stuffed in the closets...a boogie board would have been better! Lots of hangers tho. 1 beach chair was great - the others were about to fall apart. Stove was difficult to operate. Other than that, the beach was wonderful - easy access, easy entering, small waves. There was a coral reef right there - snorkeling was great - saw lots of turtles & beautiful fish. The condo was a little tight for 5 people, but it worked and we loved every minute! We will absolutely to come back to this property. The management co was excellent - took care of every request quickly and efficiently. Every person we talked to was friendly and welcoming. Excellent property though opportunities to improve communication

Our stay was excellent. Wonderful unit and view. The reef, beach and lawn out front make it the best beach we have ever stayed on in Hawaii. After a wonderful week, we were surprised to get a call the afternoon before our last day saying that, due to COVID-19, the check out time was being moved from 11 am to 8 am. By that point, we had laid out our plans to leave at 11 am, as the ad for the unit listed. Hoping to swim in the ocean and the pool before showering and packing the last of our items and leaving. We were told that the contract contained this information, however the listing did not and easily could have, allowing everyone to avoid confusion. Ultimately we were allowed to stay until 11, but it was a bummer after a wonderful stay to have to beg a favor to finish our week as we had anticipated. Still and all, this is a wonderful unit, terrific beach and a very good value.
