Wasaga Beach is a great spot for a family vacation! Come and enjoy the waters of Georgian Bay. With tons of attractions in the area like skydiving, spirit tours, go-carting, golf, and mini-golf, Wasaga Beach is the perfect spot for a getaway.
This rental house lower level has everything you need; it is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Featuring a spacious front and backyard to enjoy just a quiet time reading a book, or you can even enjoy a game of lawn bowling/bocce. Set up a family game of basketball, head to the park just steps away or hike the nearby trails.
All amenities are conveniently located, with grocery stores and the LCBO only a 5-minute drive! Collingwood Blue Mountain resort is only 20 minutes away. Either way, you will definitely enjoy our lovely cottage and the beautiful area of Wasaga Beach!

We have spent our summer vacations at Wasaga Beach with family and friends for over 15 years. Our children grew up spending summers on the beach and having family barbecues and even birthday parties. Wasaga has truly become a second home, and we would love to continue making memories with family and friends.

Enjoy a picnic in the yard with your family and friends; mature trees surround the property and create privacy on the property. The driveway can accommodate 9 cars. Enjoy a game of lawn bowling, a game of basketball, head to the park only a few steps away, or hike a nearby trail. The property is very close to grocery stores, the LCBO, restaurants and is 20 minutes away from Collingwood Blue Mountain.
