Welcome to our Resort Studio located in the heart of Cranberry Village, Collingwood.
I am very excited to join VRBO! After years of hosting on Airbnb as a Superhost (4.82/5.00 rating based on 518 reviews), I decided to make my awesome property available to the great VRBO guests.

This gem is located minutes away from Blue Mountain Village, Scandinave Spa & Downtown Collingwood.

The unit comes furnished with 2 Queen Beds, Sheets & Towels, Jacuzzi Tub, TV/Cable, Free Wifi, Mini-Fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker, Kettle, Microwave, Iron, Hair Dryer, Shampoo/Body Wash, Plates & Glasses. The fridge always stacked with water and soft drinks.

The space:

The unit is wonderfully sanitized prior to your arrival for a comfortable worry free stay!

This great vacation unit is located within the famous Cranberry Resort in Collingwood. The spacious Studio can comfortably sleep 4 adults and comes equipped with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring are your clothes! There are plenty of parking spots and bike racks onsite.

Plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and retail stores close by. The perfect balance of resort living with the conveniences of everyday close by. You are 7 Minutes away from Blue Mountain and Blue Mountain Beach; 4 Minutes to Scandinave Spa; 5 Minutes to Downtown Collingwood (by car).

I am a quick email, text or phone call away if you have any questions, experience any snags or just want someone to talk to.

Guest access:

Very easy and care free check in process. You will be given the entry code a few days prior to your check in. You can access the property any time after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. This makes it easy as you don't have to wait or make arrangements to meet someone for access. Drop the key off by 12:00 PM on the day of check out. Come and go as you please!

Other things to note:

There are a set of stairs that bring you to the unit. This is a resort stacked townhouse with a couple of other units in the complex. It is a mixture of resort hotel rooms, timeshares and vacation homes.

Very convenient location enabling us to walk everywhere. Drove to Blue Mountain Ski Resort, but didn't stay. Parking TOO Expensive. Enjoyed the harbor. Beds could have been more comfortable & a Toaster wouldbe a nice addition.

I originally booked for my daughter and I to have an end of summer mini vacation and last minute my husband got the weekend off so him and his son joined us. The host brought us extra towels very promptly. There was a mini fridge with beverages and a nicely stocked coffee bar. Location was excellent close to everything. Great experience overall.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Collingwood while visiting Blue Mountain. The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a good place for a weekend away. Our maps took us to 22 Dawson instead of 34 but maybe that was just us. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. The shower was a little old and the grout was a tad molded but nothing terrible!

Great communication. Easy key pick up and drop off. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Shower and bath large, shampoo conditioner etc in shower. Coffee, water, soft drinks, chocolates, milk, creamers were a nice touch. Owner close by if necessary. Highly recommend.

great location ; easy to get to and close to a lot of interesting spots to visit in Collingwood ; the host was thoughtful and very responsive; lots of supplies in the room : drinks; coffee, etc. we were even given a bottle of wine which was very nice ! AC could use some updating and cleaning - it was quite dusty and triggered allergies for my sister; overall a good spot to stay in for a few nights

Quiet, neat, clean and easy to access. The google map will not take you to the right address, it requires an update. Breakers are old, but it is an easy fix.

The door to the room didn’t close. The TV sound sounded horrible. The AC unit very loud. For a studio unit it had a lousy kitchenette. Not enough bedside cabinets and no chairs to sit and relax. There was no face clothes.

Great location, easy parking and helpful owner

Cranberry village a great location for year round enjoyment of the area. The TV instructions could use a cue card but the vast DVD collection is also a bonus. Clean, good location, reasonable price, good spot.

Absolutely Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit is perfectly sized with very comfortable beds. Very clean and came with everything we wanted! Lots of towels, shampoos, fresh sheets.
