Fenced and Gated Buckhead Private Estate with the ultimate privacy. Living in the premier neighborhood Tuxedo Park,! OUR POOL IS HEATED( for a nominal fee) AND OPEN ALL YEAR LONG. Just minutes from The Buckhead Village District ( The Shops) (2.2miles) and blocks away from The Governor's Mansion( 0.2miles),The St Regis Hotel ( 0.8miles), and the famous Lenox Mall(1.8miles).This fully furnished home is gated with professionally landscaped grounds on almost 2 acres. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings with lots of space, with a 3 car indoor garage. Overall, its 8,000 sq ft (Approximately 6,000 sq ft of indwelling space and 2,000 sq ft pool house with 2 toilets stalls and a separateshower) yet it feels cozy. The serene backyard includes tall Fir/Pine trees that line up the periphery of the outdoor space, a large pool, infinity hot tub and a pool house. Enjoy having two separate covered Patios located off the kitchen and family room. Can park up to 10-14 vehicles on the paved driveway, and includes a 3 car garage. Welcome to paradise! This is the perfect house for a home away from home feeling for A MINIMUM of 2-3 nights. Vehicles should not be parked on the lawn, please. Fine per vehicle is $250. We will have to assess damage to our well manicured lawn if this rule is broken. Vehicles should not be parked outside the compound along the street as it can interfere with traffic. This is a safe residential neighborhood and we aspire to maintain the neighborhood's calm against excessive noise that disrupt neighborhood peace which has been rare thankfully.. Come and enjoy our beautiful property and its superb, quiet, PRIVATE and PRIME location in the heart of Buckhead.

We had a group of 9 people visiting the area to watch a Braves game and we rented this property. The hosts were excellent and made everything so easy. We all loved our time and plan to visit again. The house was very clean and comfy. The pool was a huge hit with our group. Highly recommend this property!

This place is amazing! The curb appeal alone is next level, after you go through the gate you know that you are in an elite space of luxury. The Host was very helpful and responsive…this exceeded our expectations.

My stay at this Buckhead estate was wonderful. The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and exactly as described — the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The gated entrance and private setting gave us a great sense of security, while the location was very convenient, just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Everything was clean and well maintained, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, it was a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a high-end stay in Atlanta.

A Gathering Beyond All Expectations

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The home is excellently decorated, including beautiful art. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. He was exceptionally accommodating. My guests loved their stay and were very comfortable in every way. We had an amazing experience.

Our group of 8 traveled for a girls weekend, and were excited to stay at this beautiful property as advertised. The communication with the host was satisfactory and the check in process was smooth prior to our arrival.Upon arrival, the interior of the property offered what our group desired for our trip. However, we ventured outside and noticed very unkept and worn, rusted patio furniture around the pool. Absolutely unacceptable. While getting room arrangements settled, we were unable to locate a futon bed that was advertised on the listing. When I notified the owner, he stated that they didnt have a futon bed, and when I screen shot the original listing, he acknowledged that it had been there from 6 years ago and then deleted it from the VRBO listing. He then offered me an air mattress...So, here we are, short one bed. Ok. For the inconvenience, he offers to heat up the spa to 104 degrees, on days where the temperature was 80. Not a service we wanted.Despite concerns, we enjoyed our 3 days together, but upon checkout, I sent a detailed note with pictures (also dirty shower curtains/comforters), asking for a partial refund for conditions and false ad. Owner asks if I'm crazy and flat out refuses dialogue and refund. The worst level of customer service I have experience, especially for a reasonable request. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend. 8k, 3 night stay in a property with disgusting conditions. I have receipts.

This guest appears to have collected monies from different people for a paid conference. She reserved the house for 11 guests but she says in her review that it was only 8 of them for " a girls weekend". The house sleeps 12 people so having 8 guests clearly was not the issue. Note that Several male guests were also present. We have hosted several girls weekend stays and they use the pool and run around the house all weekend but this group did not and appeared to be off site during the day for a paid conference, most likely. We invited them to use the heated Spa but they declined. Once short on paid customers, she began to plan/scheme and did not tell us of the red lipstick stain on the shower curtain during their stay ( otherwise we would have sent our cleaners back). Instead, after staying in the property for the entire duration of their stay, she then proceeded to bring out complaints not in character for this house in the last 6 years!!! She demanded a SUBSTANTIAL, almost 50% refund which we declined. Next she threatened to give us a bad review, which she did almost immediately we declined her ask. We pride ourselves on being premier hosts repeatedly since we began hosting, and will continue to provide a respectable, and clean place of abode for all of our guests. .

My family and I reserved this property for Labor Day weekend and we had the most wonderful time. The property was well maintain and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The game room was awesome for the younger family members and the pool on the hot days was so refreshing and relaxing. The property met the needs of 22 people and the location is close to all the downtown Atlanta attractions, colleges, and malls. The property host(s) were very responsive to every e-mails and texts messages and accommodated my last minutes changes. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a most memorable weekend.
