Great Atlanta Weekend

A beautiful house in walking distance to parks, shops, botanical gardens. Easy to zip to Midtown and Downtown as well. The screened porch was a lovely part of the house and where we spent time in comfort with six people able to socialize easily.

Home away from home!

My family stayed here to visit for my daughter’s wedding! It was the ideal location to walk through piedmont park, go to nearby restaurants, and enjoy the city. Even though we were right in the mix of midtown, it was peaceful and quiet on the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was truly a home away from home and was perfect for our very special weekend.

Family holiday weekend

Very nice house with great spaces for our family to enjoy for a holiday weekend. Beautiful kitchen with everything needed for home cooked meals. House located near some fun restaurants and shops. The only issue was some street noise in the evening.

This is an amazing house in an amazing location. Just down the street from Piedmont Park, and close to Va-Hi neighborhood. We loved walking through the neighborhoods looking at all of the houses. Multiple coffee shops and food within walking distance. The house is huge, well kept, and all around an awesome stay. It is a bit difficult to get into the driveway if you are coming from the south, but it’s easy to drive past and turn around. It is on a busy street, so the front bedroom occupants may need ear plugs, but it is actually quiet than expected. This was a perfect house for the six of us. Communication with the owner was easy, and she was really responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta!

Great stay!

The property is beautiful. Lots of space and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch. Our host was quick to respond and friendly when we had questions. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, shops and a lovely park within walking distance or a short drive. The only downside of this home is that it is on a busy road. While we didn't hear traffic noise inside the house, the driveway could be a bit challenging to exit from. However, the positives of this property far outweigh this one drawback. We all loved this home. Highly recommend!

Atlanta Girls Weekend

The property was great! Kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful large house and very clean. Host responded quickly to questions. Traveled with my sister, sister-law and adult daughter. We each had our own bedroom. Location was near Piedmont park and the Beltline to run or walk. We did the Atlanta food tours - food tasting and Beltline history tour that starts at Krog Street Market. Went to Jimmy Carter Library and Museum, World of Coke and Centennial Park. Everything was easily accessible from the house by car no more than 12mins away. Would definitely rent this property again.

Fabulous Piedmont Park Property

The house was exactly as described online and the pictures are very accurate. Tbe Host Olivia was VERY responsive and quickly answered all questions. Perfect location for our traditional family July 4th Peachtree Road Race and Braves game gathering. We all loved the openness and spacious layout of the house. It had a nice backyard with large trees giving us privacy. We all enjoyed sitting out the screened patio area having coffee in the early mornings and cocktails in the evenings. The only oddity was some random underclothes left in the (very large upstairs) laundry. Also found a half used water bottle under one of the beds and leftover food in the fridge. Other than those very minor things, we all had a great time and had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful house in the perfect location

The house is exactly as pictured. Brand new, clean, beautiful. It was extremely spacious for our group with 2 children under 11, 2 adults and 1 senior citizen. All of the bedrooms are nicely located on the 2nd floor. Two of the rooms share a very large jack and jill bathroom (each with their own sinks). The location is in the heart of midtown. My husband and kids walked to Piedmont Park daily to play soccer on the lawn. It was easy to get to all of our destinations (High Museum, Botanical Gardens and the Georgia Aquarium). When we come back to Atlanta, we will definitely 100% stay here again. Best part was they didn't have a list of chores to do before checking out. I have started confirming this before I stay places because some VRBO's have a crazy list of things to do. For this one, we just locked the door behind us and where on our way. If you are thinking about staying here, do it! We lived in Atlanta for many years and this house made our visit back special.
