New 2 bedroom/2 bath beach house just steps from the sound and only a few blocks from Atlantic Ocean! Comfortable home with beach style in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.
Relax and stretch out on the large sectional in front of 70" big screens. Bay Drive bike/running path is a beautiful way to start the morning or enjoy stunning sunsets over the water. Beach cruisers available for your use! Outdoor shower when you get back from the beach.

The space
Large open floor plan which is great for socializing or stretching out to watch a movie or take a nap after a day in the sun. 70" big screen. Plenty of seating. Island kitchen seating. All new appliances. Front and back decks upstairs. Both bedrooms have smart TVs also. All Smart TVs.

Guest access
House is a back lot off the street. Long driveway. Two beautiful live oaks in front of the house. One oak has branches overhanging the driveway. Clearance is fine for private vehicles. Guest have access to the whole house. Unique code access for each stay provided upon arrival.

Beautiful rental

Overall beautiful rental and very happy with our stay. The renal was very clean and had what we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and timely! The master bed sinks down in the middle, otherwise no complaints! Would stay here again.

Beautiful

Beautiful house, beautiful location, beautiful experience! House is gorgeous and CLEAN. Had everything we needed, appliances/laundry/even a first aid kit. No need to pack anythjng for the beach either as there were chairs, umbrellas, bikes, even surf boards included! Only negative we can say was the master bed wasnt too comfy, we switched beds with our young kids after the first night and the other bed slept great. Think the mattress could stand to be replaced. Perfect location, nice neighborhood and good communication with the property owners. Hope we can come again soon!

603 West Palmetto Place Review

My wife, son and I loved our stay at this house. It was very new and very clean. This location in Kill Devil Hills was perfectly situated between the northern and southern parts of OBX. There were many places to shop and eat nearby. Plus , the house was only a couple hundred yards from the sound where you can view beautiful sunsets. We will definitely consider this house when we return to OBX for our next visit.

Perfect Getaway

Pulling into the neighborhood you could tell we already made a great choice! Pulling in drive we see this beautiful bent twisted oak and nice home. Upon entering we were continuously in awe. The property was well clean/ decorated/ supplied. Literally are a two minute walk from the sound where you can find the perfect view of the sun setting. The only negative we have to say about the space is the bed was quite uncomfortable. It’s got what we call the roll to the middle. With that in mind do not let this deter you from your stay! This was a perfect getaway for some much needed time to be at peace.

Spectacular Stay at the Palmetto

This place was perfect for our week in the OBX. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and equipped with all the amenities we needed plus more. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and coolers was a huge plus! Steps from the sound for beautiful sunsets and a few blocks to the beach. Great location for all things OBX. Jump in the car for a short drive to shopping, golf courses, great restaurants, ice cream etc. etc. Star was a superb host and ensured all of our needs were met. Fantastic week! Thank you Star for being a gracious host!
