Waterfront Home on Long Island -Golf Cart Included

Hop on the ferry in Downtown Portland, Maine and within a half hour you'll find yourself in the serene town of Long Island. Our waterfront home has plenty of space for your family to relax, and we're only a 7 minute walk from the ferry landing! Enjoy all that Long Island has to offer, including the best beaches in Casco Bay.

Our space is spacious, clean and fully setup for you to enjoy island life! Features include three full bedrooms plus an additional room that duals as a bedroom and office, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry and two lounge areas. We provide all the home's linens (bedding, towels, etc).

Our kitchen is open concept and has all the essentials (pans, cutlery, spices, etc.) as well a large dining table that can seat your entire group. We also have a large deck and grill so you can enjoy your meals outdoors! To make your trip hassle free, Hannaford delivers groceries directly to the island.

Head down to the yard and listen to the lapping waves and watch the Casco Bay Ferry quietly roll on by.

Our home has septic and well water, extra care must be taken with water usage.
No swimming on the property. This is a deep-water active bay that is not meant for swimming. We have two sandy beaches on the island for swimming.

The best vacation I may have ever had

Cassies home is absolutely breathtaking! The pictures do not do it justice. I went for my sisters bachelorette party and the property was in the perfect location for out of state travelers as it’s less than 5 mins from the ferry to the home. The rooms were immaculate and her home provided everything we needed to cook and relax. The entire island is full of friendly helpful people who wave as you scoot by on a golf cart. Oh and the golf cart is also provided to you qnd such a bonus to have to explore the local beaches. I have already looked into booking again, my NEW favorite place :)

Fantastic stay on Long Island

I'd highly recommend Cassie's home to anyone! We were a group of 4 adult friends staying on the island for the week and we had the absolute best time. The island is amazing and the golf cart to get around the island made everything easy and fun. Cassie's home is well equipped with everything you could need for cooking and relaxing, and the property itself and the sunset views were unparalleled. There were a few items we needed to contact Cassie about during our stay and she was overly responsive and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Cassie's house on Long Island is a beautifully appointed getaway for a relaxing visit. Everything you'd need for a comfortable stay is on hand. The views from the deck provide a stunning vantage point for gorgeous sunsets.

Special Place

Long Island felt like a very special place to have discovered. We split this house as two families and it was just right for us. The house is as represented and the owner/property manager were friendly and very easy to communicate with. The view from the deck is amazing and the location is great. We loved the golf cart and gorgeous beaches. This is everything you need for true vacation away from it all! Would definitely recommend.

Great Vacation

We had a great time during our stay on Long Island. The house was clean and comfortable and had amazing water views. We had a lot of fun getting around the island in the golf cart that came with the house and everyone we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. Cassie was responsive to any questions we had and helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
