• The parking fee (1) is included in the total amount. 2nd can be purchased $45.

Our Housekeeping team provides the basic startup kit that includes:
• 2-3 bath towels, handtowel,tiolet paper and washcloths per room,
• 3 trashbag per can in each room/hall
• 2 sets of soap,shampoo,conditioner,moisturizer per bath
• 2 Kitchen towel, papertowel, dishwash scrub etc
• 3 Laundy detergents
• Coffee cups (2), Coffee filter and 2 packs of pop-corns
• Please note that, we donot provide the beach towels.

This was a beautiful condo with a great balcony (2 actually) over looking the gulf. We could hear the waves crashing in the beach, and see the sunset. We have a great stay there. The only thing that was a slight issues was with the showers. It seemed mostly hot water went through out shower heads & most the cold water came out the tub facet. So the shower gets very hot.. just be aware & careful with this. But I would stay there again.

Pros: It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated - down to the towel origami. I loved that the bedding and towels were all white and pristinely clean. When we had an issue, the maintenance guy was very quick to respond & he was polite and helpful. The response time for any questions via the text service was great.The chair & umbrella service guy was exceptionally kind to everyone (checking on guests and collecting their trash for them) - whether you rented chairs or not. Chair and umbrella rentals are reasonably priced at 40/day plus tip. Cons:The elevators were not always working & there are only 2. We had family members who could not stay after planning this trip for this reason. The rest of us had to walk 17 floors when both elevators were out. Most of the time, there was one working (but waits were long.) Had we known about this issue and could have received a refund, we would have chosen a different condo so that all of our family could stay and safely and easily come and go. Unfortunately, there are no discounts or refunds for elevators being out of order. Other than that one issue, we recommend this condo. You may just want to call first to make sure the elevators are in working order if you struggle with stairs. And remember to wear your wrist bands to get in and out of gates (great safety feature that I appreciated - until I forget mine and the elevator was not working.)

Lovely condo! Perfect size for our family of 10. 2 children ages 4 & 6, an infant and 7 adults (2 elderly)! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. I loved that it had stairs and a ramp for wheelchair accessibility or elderly to walk down to the pools and boardwalk. The boardwalk to the beach had a ramp and stairs leading down to the sand as well! Security patrols 24/7, so that made me feel comfortable walking down to the beach late at night or the early morning hours! Check in was easy, and the host was very lovely to work with! There was plenty of carts to use when loading and unloading the vehicle! Both balconies had great views!! The condo could use a little updating and some more kid friendly bowls/plates, and storage containers for leftover foods, but everything was nice and neat.

Space was nice, but kitchen small and difficult to use. Patio table chairs were uncomfortable. We had a great time with family and it worked but kitchen needs a little attention. Host was very easy to contact and responded quickly.
