Beautiful 4-person flat, large sun terrace with sea view, communal pool and tennis court, close to the beach, kitchen, bed linen, WiFi, LED TV (ASTRA satellite channels), DVD, patio furniture and deck chairs.

The flat consists of a living room, two bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and a glazed balcony (loggia). There are ceiling fans for the hot season and electric radiators for the winter season.

Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity (150 m walk). The beaches are easily accessible by public transport. A large, modern shopping centre is only 2 km away.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist alles gut gewesen, bis auf fehlende Steckdosen und Licht auf der Dachterrasse. Sauberkeit war ok und die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber auch. Leider war es etwas warm ohne klima, dass aber natĂŒrlich in der anzeige beschrieben steht. Können es auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Location trÚs agréable, le propriétaire est trÚs disponible et répond rapidement aux messages. Arrivée trÚs simple avec la boßte à clé, seul bémol, les nuits étant trÚs chaudes au moi d'août, les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas à rafraßchir.

Ideal base location.

We stayed here for 3 weeks of July. It was a perfect location for us as we had the use of a car. The flat is very well equipped. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning. I would highly recommend this rental but unfortunately not for high season.

Lovely holiday

We spent fabulous 3 weeks in great location. Apartment had everything we need to enjoy our time off. There was plenty very useful information prepared by owner. All info was sent in time. Apartment very clean and bright.

Very disappointed

Will not be booking again, very disappointed. Big negative-NO AIR CON. Not specifically stated and should be. Would expect air con for the price and lack of it made our stay unbearable, especially at night. Not 1 good night’s sleep in 10 days! Ceiling fans and standing fans no good in the summer heat. We were told previous guests had broken a lamp & taken the microwave but a new one had been ordered. New microwave did not arrive at all during our stay and this is very poor! Only left the small hob to cook food. No mattress protector on the double bed. Fitted sheet did not stay on so woke up having slept on the actual mattress which is not hygienic at all. Ceiling fan in this bedroom is too slow so the room was unbearably hot. Not the standard of bedroom we were expecting and if this was a hotel then we would have asked for a different room. No lock on bathroom door. Not helpful when 4 people are staying. No privacy at all. No window in bathroom so there should be an extractor fan, as it gets hot when showering. Floor fan not much use, water pressure was hit and miss so showering not always great. The mattress protectors on the 2 single beds were too small, kept slipping off. There were at least 3 broken tiles on steps which need to be replaced as they are dangerous. Positives-Location (close to bars & restaurants) and nice pool just a short walk away. Bearing in mind the various issues (lack of microwave in particular) I would expect compensation for the inconvenience.

Xmas break

Second time to stay in this apartment. Very comfortable and is very well located. Lovely roof terrace. I do think when doing winter let's the beds should be made up with duvets as we arrived late at night and only sheets on the bed and it was quite cold. The next day we did manage to find the duvets, they were stored under the bed. This would not put me off renting the apt again I would just request the beds to be made up.

Prachtige omgeving prettige verblijf

Wij hebben hier een week vakantie gevierd. Het was op een prachtige locatie waar wandelen naar het strand op afstand was te doen. Een super grote mall op afstand waar echt alles te koop was. Een vriendelijke buurt.

Very convenient

All very convenient and as per our expectations. All instructions and procedures very clear and well working, all contacts very smooth. We really enjoyed the area with good restaurants, bars and supermarket only 100-200 meters away. Perfect also in January with people living in the area, making it alive.

schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Meine Frau und ich haben sieben schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohbung bietet alles was man braucht. Wir fanden die Wohung besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Der schöne Banlkon als Wintergarten und eine herrliche Dachterrasse. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre nach La Florida und waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank Christian.

We are a North German couple in the best years with four adult children and have bought this apartment to - from time to time - enjoy the sun, especially in the dark winter months. Maybe we will, when we are retired, even fully use it as winter quarter. In addition to our children, we also want other people give the opportunity to enjoy the apartment, the sea and the surrounding area.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We immediately loved the apartment and its location. Some of our neighbors live permanently here others spend their holidays in La Florida. Therefore our road is also in the off-season lively but calm.
The close proximity to restaurants and shops was another important reason for us to accurately acquire this apartment.
