This brand new open Loft comes equipped with a dedicated parking spot, ultrafast fiber Internet speeds, and an electric standing desk with a 32inch monitor. Premium bedding, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. An ideal property for a business traveler, a couple, or a family with 2 children. This listing sent me away from VRBO and onto an offsite page that didn’t seem legit. I wasn’t able to get a hold on them and their phone number was disconnected.

Great Location but Bedroom and Bath on different floors

We were very pleased with the location of the unit in Redmond easy walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. I was unable to find in the online description that the only bedroom was upstairs and the only bath downstairs. That might not be an issue for some visitors, but it is a long climb up or down to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The unit is Located on the ground floor on a street, and you can park and walk right in which was great. So easy check-in you just open a lock box, and you are there. We had a small response problem from the property manager, the air conditioning was not adjustable, and the bathroom sink did not drain well at all. He responded that the A/C is controlled by the building, and they were having problems it was never fixed and he never attempted to fix the sink. Also, there were several minor damages to walls in the living room and bathroom that had not been repaired which I reported to the property manager. The decor and furnishings are sparse but ok. We would not stay there again but only because of the up/down bed bath problem which unfortunately cannot be changed.

Good location in Redmond

Good location in dtown Redmond. The apt is clean and tidy and overall we had a good short stay. There was an issue with the building fob not working so we were not able to access the building amenities (gym) and the motorized blinds were not synced up so were not able to get them to go all the way down all at the same time. There is plenty of space for more comfy furniture that would make the posh place a lot more posh IMO

Clean, quiet and convenient

Perfect place to call home for my business trip. Location is convenient to the greater Eastside. Relatively quiet for being right in DT Redmond. Property is just as advertised with very nice directionals and outlines for my stay.

Downtown Redmond VRBO

Good, clean downtown Redmond VRBO. Great location for access to coffee, food and parks. Me and the dog will be back when we are in need of a VRBO.

Super fun "urban vibe" but equally as nice, its proximity to Sammamish River Trail. Lovely!

Trendy home away from home

Had a little issue with check in with VRBO but was able to call the owner, Vince and he was great! The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. They really thought of everything you would need for your stay. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Microsoft campus. Definitely a great place to stay if you need all the comforts of home for a week.
