This property worked perfectly for our family with a small infant and two small dogs. The place has some character but is very clean and is in a great neighbourhood that felt much safer than others closer to downtown Seattle. The unit gets a little warm when it’s hot out but two large fans are provided which helped a ton. Comfortable, cozy, convenient, and Vince is an organized host, so much so that we didn’t need to contact him at all. Overall, as a party with very specific needs, this was a great option for our family. Highly recommend if you are traveling with young ones or small dogs.

Clean but noisy due to back bedroom windows open to highway. The shower was difficult to operate due to my short height and arthritic hands. There should be a plastic mat inside the tub for safety. One can easily slip. I asked for late checkout early and told that cleaners were going to clean at 10 am. Stayed parked in front of cottage till 11:40 and no cleaners showed up to clean. The front yard very unkept. Should have the lawn mowed to look upkept.

The location was super convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. It had everything I needed and was very cozy. While it was close to the freeway, you could barely notice it while inside. I would definitely recommend this home for someone who wanted to get a feel for life in Seattle!

Great little place in a very nice neighborhood

We had a very nice stay at this little cottage - it's in a great location nearby Green lake, with nice walking and restaurants/coffee shops nearby. Cottage itself is very nicely setup and is very comfortable - we had a great stay - highly recommend

Perfect dog friendly vacation

Charming one bedroom unit walking distance from a huge park and a delicious coffee shop. I drove my two golden retrievers to visit friends in the area and this was the perfect home base for our stay.Easy instructions to access the property and a great local guide was provided when I checked in for details about close points of interest

Lovely little, clean, pet friendly apt right by Green Lake. Wonderful launch pad for a Seattle getaway. Will certainly stay there again.

Cozy near downtown

This very cozy and comfy upstairs but still ground level suite was perfect for our little weekend stay. We were very plased with the location and the clean inviroment provided. Would stay again 100%.

Super Clean but Horrendously Loud

We booked this based on proximity of family and the Woodland Park Zoo. House is represented nicely on the website. However, Highway 99/Aurora Ave is quite literally in the backyard and traffic noise is 24 hours a day and horrendously loud. The house itself is comfortable and clean.

Awful experience. Avoid!I put my credit card in for the deposit on the third party platform for payments which went fine, and assumed I would be charged automatically for the stay. The host messaged me the night before my stay and said I had one hour to pay or else and that I needed to submit a “professional selfie” even though I had already put a selfie in the payment platform.I get to the house and it is not a “quaint” place ideal for working remotely as advertised—it is right on the freeway and the office/bedroom measured 80 decibels which is VERY loud. I left after one night of a one month stay but the host would not refund me.Host communication was poor—they never answered phone calls and their communication through the VRBO app was terse and unhelpful.

House was ok and clean.no driveway parking which we werent aware if until the day. Location is extremely loud at night, we didn't have any internet/ tv for the first 4 or 5 days.Advertised as sleeping 4 but there is only 1 bed and the other was a blow up mattress that deflated over night.Really recommend bongos and red mill for a feed.Vince was very quick at replying to all emails

Wonderful location for Green Lake access

I greatly enjoyed the month I spent at this property. My dogs and I walked to the Woodland dog park everyday across the bridges. The unit was well equipped and clean. The traffic noise is a bit loud but that comes with city living I suppose and the owners did provide ear plugs. I highly recommend this rental.

The property was easy to find, pleasant appearance from ou, and parking was easy. The interior was clean and the kitchen was modern. It took a little while to warm up the baseboard heating because it was a cold night. But we were comfortable.
