This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Branson West ensures a peaceful Ozarks vacation. Up to 6 guests can spend days relaxing by the community pool (which is right beside unit building) or traversing through hiking trails that surround the condo. Once the sun sets, sit on the large private deck, which overlooks the beautiful Ozark Mountains, and enjoy the fantastic sights and sounds of the forested surroundings. The condo is located in the family-friendly Notch Estes condo community, just minutes from Table Rock Lake and Dogwood Canyon Nature Park! You can spend hours exploring the 145 acres of hiking trails that surround the condo. Take a short walk down the trail to fish at the private, 5-acre, catch and release lake. A license isn't required to fish on the private lake, so anyone can join in on the fun!

If you tire from fishing on the private lake, take a short drive to Table Rock Lake to swim and boat. Nature lovers will adore the miles of hiking trails which surround the lake.

If you're traveling with children, be sure to take them to Silver Dollar City. The 61-acre theme park is only 1 mile from Notch entrance and provides hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Travel 10 minutes to the Branson Strip for more family-friendly entertainment, shopping, and great dining opportunities.

Super clean and convenient. Comfortabley appointed, we made Thanksgiving dinner and spent family time. Everyone was comfortable and hosts were excellent.

The condo was clean and quiet with a great view. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cookware. The bedrooms were decent size and beds comfortable. The only negative was the building itself doesn’t have any insulation between the floors so you hear every footstep from the floor above. It was nice to be able to walk the trails on site. Dorothy was very welcoming and responsive.

Wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfy. We loved the deck. We even saw a buck one morning. It is about 15-20 mins from the strip but it is only a 7 min drive to SDC. We loved it here.

The condo was lovely....very clean, plenty of seating and space for a family stay. The location was nice and quiet...close to food and grocery stores. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked....coffee was provided enough for a few days, which was nice.Communication was easy and quick. Very detailed communication to make the check-in process drama-free.

Everything was as listed and close to SDC which is what we wanted. Plenty of wildlife to see from our backyard patio which we all loved!! My only suggestion is to add a large skillet for cooking as I only had a small one. Communication was excellent and a good price for the condo. We wish the pool was working but it had a leak and was closed. We were told the other pool was open but would have enjoyed the one by the condo. None of this could be helped by the owners. Overall this was a great choice for our family. We would definitely rent again!

Manager prompt at fixing a problem

There was a glitch which normally would cause me to ratchet down my rating by a star or so. However, the manager was so responsive, I kept this at a 5. (We liked the place, have stayed here before and would stay here, again.)We arrived around 5:00pm and found the unit had not been cleaned, meaning beds still had sheets from last client and towels were on the floor. (The place has been kept clean enought that nothing else was really problematic.) Within an hour, the manager had cleaners to the property and it had new sheets and towels within 2 hours and the managers issued us a discount. I realize that IF we had arrived at 11:00pm, this outcome. That's why I almost rated this lower. However, "what ifs" only hypothetical and in all reality, this glitch did not affect our stay at all. Great location, nice view, 2 king beds. Met our needs perfectly. Again, the managers responsive easily made up for the glitch.

Property was very clean, well maintained. Up to date as well with nice appliances and TV’s throughout. Only update I would recommend are the bed frames, they were squeaky. But overall an excellent place to stay, super comfortable!

Family Weekend

We stayed 3 nights, Thursday through Sunday when we checked out. The location is a piece from town so that should be taken into consideration. It's about a 15-minute drive into town to get to restaurants, theatres, etc. There were a couple of places to eat that were closer, including a reasonably priced pizza place. The condo itself, was great, clean, spacious, comfortable, nice back patio, everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and toilet paper, etc. It's a good idea to bring an extra trash bag for the kitchen. The only issue with the condo was the second bedroom tv and internet seemed to cut in and out. There seemed to be one plugin by the TV not working well, which we noticed when things we plugged in there were not charging. Things not directly related to the condo included that one of the pools was closed and there was a very noisy neighbor below us who blared loud music/tv/video games all day and until 11:00 p.m., when quiet time is listed as 10:00 p.m. When we got there, it was so loud it was vibrating the walls and the floor, we went down to his condo and told him to turn it down.
