Gorgeous Branson Condo, VIEWS, Hike and Fish on Property, Private Lake, 2 Pools!

Located in Notch Estates, a quiet Branson vacation rental complex in the middle of over 300 acres of wooded Ozark mountains. Beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with beautiful Ozark Mountain Views. The second bedroom features a twin and a full bed and children's tent and tv so the kids have their own space to unwind. There is a very comfortable sofa (with queen size sleeper) and large TV in the living room, so you can unwind after a fun day on the lake or in Branson.

This vacation condo has a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and includes everything you might need, including a coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Included are cable, smart tv, and free wi fi. Laundry is coin operated in a building next to the pool. The unit is top floor and has a flight of stairs up to the entry with plenty of parking right in front of the building. Also, we do offer free boat and trailer parking for up to 7 days (unavailable in many other condo resorts).

We have a fully stocked kitchen, adult, and kids games, and a fun kids tent so your whole party will be happy. Hang out and enjoy the beautiful and serene view on the back porch - wake up and enjoy that morning coffee with the birds.

In addition, there is a small stocked lake for catch and release fishing. Please note it is a steep hike back up from the lake, but well worth it. It is a gorgeous spot to enjoy the true beauty of the Ozarks.

If you are planning on spending some time at Silver Dollar City, the condo is only about a mile away, so close you can hear the legendary train whistle while sitting on the back deck enjoying the view of the Ozark hills!

Close to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake and also puts you just minutes away from the dazzle of shows, several lake docks and marinas, and the many activities that await you on the Branson strip. There are two pools in the resort, the large main pool, and another smaller pool with zero entry access, a great place to hang out with little ones. There is also a playground and basketball goal. To top it all off, there are multiple hiking trails around the property. You can bring your fishing poles and hike down in the valley to a great little catch and release fishing lake. If you're looking for an updated, comfortable and happy condo that is quiet and out of the traffic of the Branson Strip, but close to Silver Dollar City, this is the place!

You will have full access to the rental condo and all amenities in the resort.

There are two seasonal, unheated pools. You may use the charcoal grills located next to the building and next to the pools. The trail to the catch and release lake is next to the pool on the right side of Notch Lane. The basketball court is at the very end of Notch Lane next to the office.

This is a self-catering property, but we do provide the basics to get you started - coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you require additional items or quantities of those provided you will need to provide those. Multiple grocery and convenience stores are nearby.
