It seems that the guest took extended showers because the hot water heater is new, and we have previously hosted larger groups without any problems. Our listing features accurate pictures of the St. Regis building, its grounds, and amenities. The property is just as nice as portrayed, so we are uncertain about the expectations of this particular guest.
