Come away to Mountain Haven! This beautiful log home is located just a few short minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Situated in a resort-style setting, Mountain Haven features warm wood finishes, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms, completing the package.

The main level features an open, chef-friendly kitchen with ample space to move around and opens into the dining area. The large stone gas fireplace sits between the dining and living areas, so you can enjoy it from either area. The primary bedroom is also on the main level and has a jetted tub in the bath.

There is a large, roomy deck to enjoy, with a gate to keep the little ones in. Here, you can enjoy the deck furniture and the quiet of nature while your favorite food cooks on the gas grill, or soak in the spacious hot tub with a privacy lattice.

The upper level features a spacious open loft area with seating for the TV and a card table for games. A seasonal pool is available at the resort during the warmer months for your sunning and swimming pleasure. Wireless internet access is available for those who can't quite leave work behind!

One pool is located just above The Cub House cabin, and the other is located adjacent to the Resort playground and pavilion. The opening date varies between Memorial Day weekend and the Labor Day holiday weekend, depending on when cool weather arrives.

No Mountain View / Experienced multiple Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub needed new motor. Despite facilities coming, flow was minimal to none. We were disappointed! Also had a leak from upstairs down into kitchen. Reached out to owner and they said, while unfortunate, we sent someone to fix. All I was hoping for was an I'm sorry for any inconvenience, which I didn't get. I don't recommend staying here or other properties fron this group of owners.

We visit the Gatlinburg area every year and have never enjoyed a cabin more than this one! Conveniently located to the Rocky Top Sports Center and a quick drive to downtown, we were in a beautiful neighborhood without a treacherous drive in our oversized vehicle! The property is exquisitely decorated, well stocked with linens and kitchen needs. A huge wrap around porch with a gate to keep the littles safely contained was a bonus! The hot tub and multiple sitting areas on two levels of decks to enjoy quiet mornings or late nights were delightful. We are already booking this one again for next year! We will make this our home away from home, it is that perfect for a large family!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was exactly as described and a short drive to all area attractions! This was our first time visiting The Smoky Mountains and would stay here again! Our family had a great time! Highly recommend this cabin!

Amazing experience

We enjoyed our multi-family vacation here - everyone had their own space when needed (with teen girls this was necessary! lol). The cabin is in the perfect location; grocery store, downtown Gatlinburg, National park, coffee shop, candy store (Glades homemade candies - a favorite during our trip) and much more all just minutes away. With there being a multitude of attractions in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, the one free attraction was such a great bonus! We all agreed the furniture/beds in the home were top notch and made the stay so much more comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub and privacy of the cabin. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities and the location can't be beat! It is very private, even with other homes in the vicinity and we enjoyed spending time on the deck and in the large hot tub. It is only a short drive into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park where there is more to do than we had time for. I was especially impressed with how clean the home was, the comfortable beds and the general layout of the house. The grandchildren enjoyed the arcade games and the loft gave space for everyone to spread out. Also, communication with our hosts was top notch with quick responses and answers to our questions. I highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to book again!

Highly recommend!! Great communication, very accommodating, top-tier hosts! We saw a bear just below the deck, 15-ish feet away from us! Cabin was in immaculate condition and very clean, just as the pictures show! Our children loved it, we will book this same cabin any time we come back to Gatlinburg, we were very pleased

Perfect location!

We chose this property because of its convenient location to Rocky Top Sports World and it was amazing!! Absolutely perfect for older grandparents who can’t do a lot of stairs and 4 younger children who needed a separate space to sleep and hang out!

It was close to Food City, downtown and restaurants. Driveway steepness may scare some drivers. Hot tub and deck was nice. We saw bears. Cozy living and kitchen areas. All in all a cute place

Thanks for the feedback. To clarify for others, the driveway and parking are both flat. The 0.25 mile road to the cabin's driveway off of the main road is steeper. However it is paved and plenty wide enough for 2 large vehicles to pass each other.

Incredible House! The pictures don't do it justice.

Such a cozy house to stay in. Kids never ran out of things to do. If I ever built a house in Tennessee I would want it to be identical to this one.
