Vous ne pouvez pas être plus proche du rivage de l'océan Atlantique que de passer des vacances dans ce lotissement en bord de mer.

Suites de quatre chambres. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain complète. Quatre ponts pour votre plaisir de visionnement.

Deux suites parentales offrent une vue sur l'océan sans obstruction. La suite principale de niveau supérieur a une terrasse ouverte avec une superbe vue sur toute la côte d'Ocean City. La suite principale au deuxième niveau a des fenêtres mur à mur pour une vue non perturbée de l'océan Atlantique qui est à moins de 80 mètres.

Grand salon, cuisine ouverte et salle à manger avec une vue complète et dégagée sur la plage et l'océan. Une porte coulissante de quinze pieds mène à une terrasse qui a suffisamment de mobilier d'extérieur pour permettre à deux familles de se réunir dans un cadre en bord de mer. Le pont est à moins de 250 pieds du rivage, avec du sable doré de la cour avant et de l'océan Atlantique pour votre plaisir de vacances.

Un téléviseur HD LCD LCD de 52 pouces avec 5. 1 système de son surround. Télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, téléphones filaires et sans fil dans chaque chambre, avec appels téléphoniques locaux et longue distance gratuits.

Internet sans fil r pour un confort loin de chez soi. Douche extérieure fermée pour votre confort de sortie à la plage.

Je voulais juste vous remercier pour le merveilleux logement à la maison de plage d'Ocean City. Mes amis et moi avons passé un bon moment dans la maison. C'était plus beau que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Nous espérons le louer à nouveau l'année prochaine.

This place was a great find for our group. We love having our morning coffee on the deck over looking the ocean. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a huge plus. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. We hope to stay here again next year!

This property is amazing if you love the beach. Directly on the beach In a great part of town. Wonderful sunrises over the ocean. Plenty of room in this house and privacy for every guest. The communication. With the host was great as well. We needed nothing while we were there from them. Highly recommend especially for the price.

Beach Stay 2023

Pros: Property location was perfect although parking was a little tight. Property was as described with all amenities provided as listed. All bathroom updated. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children so the three floors were ideal with plenty of space. Lots of toys for kids to use. Outdoor shower was great. We would book this property again. Cons: These concerns are very fixable. The drapes on the third floor had 1/3 of hangers broken off so closing the drapes was not possible without some creativity. The third floor is beautiful and has it's own air conditioning unit. We also noted from previous years that we also were unable to use the closet in the first floor bedroom due to the door being off and that area not cleaned at all. Comments from previous years noted dirty floors but in reality we found the steps to be dirty. All the stairs needed a deep cleaning and resurfaced. I cleaned the stairs - more than just a light mopping- from the first to second floor because of our small kids. That took care of the black feet. The dishwasher is not stabilized when you open the door.

Excellent stay

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was excellent. The space is perfect for my family. You can’t beat the location either. It’s located by so many good restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the little market across the street for any groceries you may need for your stay. The property manager is so responsive as well. Unfortunately on our very first night around 10 pm, water started leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen, and we quickly realized it was from the AC unit on the second floor. The property manager responded so quickly that night and had someone out to fix the AC unit, although the water leaking did cause some damage to the kitchen ceiling. The next morning we went to use the keurig and realized it would not work. It wasn’t that big of a deal and I just sent the property manager an FYI text that it wasn’t working. He again responded quickly and apologized for any inconvenience and said he would ship a new keurig. I didn’t think it wouldn’t be delivered during our stay, however it was delivered the very next day. The property manager definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. You’re steps away from the beach, and can enjoy the view from the multiple balconies and comfortable outdoor furniture on the balconies. I know we’ll be booking again

Tons of space and great location

Perfect spot right on the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. House was big with lots of space. Was nice to have a bathroom in every bedroom. Great view of the ocean from main level and upper decks. Had everything we needed for a fun relaxing weekend with friends. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t beat the location!

This is an absolutely lovely condo right on the water. Could it use some updating? Sure. But does it have everything you need for a very comfortable stay? Absolutely! The Good: Booking/check-in process was extremely easy. The condo was just as described. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom! Each room is very large and we never felt cramped, even with 8 people. The patio has the perfect view of the shore; that’s worth the price of the condo alone. The outdoor storage closet was stocked with all sorts of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and even a water table for the kids! Having a large sandy area between the condo and the dunes was perfect; the kids could play without us worrying about them getting close to the beach. There’s also a lifeguard stand right in front of the condo at the shore, which was great. The Not So Good: The condo could use some maintenance. The dishwasher isn’t screwed into place, so it tilts out when you have the racks pulled out to load/unload. The washer did not work; it would start to fill but then stop and error out. We worry able to get one load to fill completely, but the spin cycle is completely broken so we had to hand wring everything out. Having a functioning washer was a main reason we booked this condo, so it was a major bummer. The fourth floor shower drain is slow. The first floor bedroom closet door was off it’s track and we couldn’t get it back on. All in all, we would 100% book this condo again. It was a fantastic place with a great location!

This unit is perfect. The property manager was very helpful. The unit itself was perfect for our size family, 9 adults, 1 child. The Location was perfect and it was easy to get to the beach and the boardwalk. This unit is nicely furnished and the kitchen was stocked with pans, utensils, appliances, beverage bar. The a/c was a life saver. The deck from all levels had beautiful views of the beach. We will be back. Thank you

Awesome view

Great place to stay for vacation. Four bathrooms was so nice with four women being there. Little bit run down and couple cabinet doors were broke but no big deal. The view is amazing and for the we couldnt ask for more. If we go back to ocean city we will be seeing it this place is available to reserve. Awesome

Pretty great!

We loved the location and features of this house right on the beach in OC. The owners communicated with me quickly the entire time- before the booking and once we arrived. Nothing beats watching the sunrise from multiple decks and enjoying chatting with the neighbors and having dinners listening to the ocean waves. The kitchen is great for preparing meals together and everything is well situated and equipped. The only issue I can mention is that we waited around til check in time and the house still hadn’t been cleaned. BUT the owners refunded the fee and were very on top of it. Just a bit of a drag to delay the first day of vacation. Also they said grilling wasn’t allowed but the other houses had grills so I would say it would be really nice to add that amenity to make the place beyond perfect.

okay but needs deep cleaning

Questions prior to arrival we're answered promptly and fully. No problems arriving but the cleaners came as we were unloading. Fortunately we left to go to Mass to allow them to clean. Surface cleaning was OK but there is dust on ceilings and walls and we had to be careful eating at table. We left a day early as we planned but it rained that morning and the bedroom on the 1st floor had a water leak from the ceiling. Had to call the manager to let him know. All bedrooms and baths are a good size and living spaces as well. Can't beat the views and proximity to the beach.

Wonderful Vacation Rental Property for large group

The owners of the property are wonderful! Great communication. House is awesome especially for a large group of 10-12 people. Very spacious, lots of bedrooms which accommodates variety of sleeping options based on your group and plenty of bathrooms. Great proximity to beach, great view of beach from porches and great location to activities with short drive to boardwalk, or if you have teenagers a nice walk to boardwalk and good exercise for them (just make sure they wear good walking shoes). Parking is a bit tight at house especially if have 2 larger style vehicles but doable if you have talented and creative drivers. We have been to OCMD numerous times staying in Condos in the 100 street blocks but my kids now 18 and 21 as well as us enjoyed this house more. Can easily leave your chairs, sand toys, bigger toys like Cornhole, etc on ground level back porch…..no carrying up elevators or steps! Also washer and dryer conveniently located off ground level back porch so can leave wet towels, etc. right there without dragging through house and just pop in washer when ready! Just a few minor issues we noted and informed owner which he appreciated but nothing major enough to mention or that impacted our enjoyment of this rental property.

Beautiful place. Fantastic location. I love how each bedroom has their own bathroom. I would recommend a new cleaning company. The place was dirty. The master bathroom toilet was not cleaned and the beds were not made up either.

Family had a good time. Nice that each room had a bathroom. Top deck furniture broken-screen off the track. Main floor slider very difficult to open. Location great, however lots of noise next door at the large complex-work crew there every day. Cleanliness left alot to be desired-black feet for every one from the beginning of our stay.

Great location! Can’t get more closer to the ocean more than that. The owner/manager is so friendly and responded very quick. Highly recommended for a family/friends vacation. It was unforgettable trip!!!!

Unbeatable location

So let me start by saying we would 100% stay in this house again. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach 150 yards to set up tent for the day. The downsides were: kids feet were black within 10 minutes of walking around the main floor of the home when we arrived so it clearly wasnt cleaned properly. Being that it is located on the beach there should be more readily available vaccums, brooms, mops and we would have cleaned up daily but the sand just accumulated due to lack of cleaning supplies for us to maintain property properly. There were some other minor things like no community first floor bathroom(only one is thru a bedroom), but really the place was great. If it was cleaner when we arrived it wouldve been a 5 out of 5 .
