Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the balcony off the living area of the beach house. Fall asleep to the crashing ocean waves and wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
This unit is on the top level of the house, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and Ocean Front balcony. It has 3 televisions, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedrooms 2 and two twin beds in bedroom 3 + 4. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all dishes/utensils. There is central air conditioning throughout unit.
Since the unit is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. We have 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach.
The house is located right on the boardwalk, at the quiet end. You can enjoy a stroll to all the restaurants, shops, rides and entertainment and head back to your quiet beach house.
This beach house is custom decorated with a very modern/artistic flair. There is a very large balcony the same width of the living that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the balcony having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking space.
Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.
