We are a family-oriented vacation rental company and pride ourselves on offering a safe, clean, and relaxing space for families, couples and responsible travelers. To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors, we do not host bachelor or bachelorette parties, and we do not accept group bookings from guests under the age of 25.
The official pool season runs from May 23rd-September 28th 2026.

We really enjoyed your place and would definitely want to book it again sometime in the future. We know everything takes time to improve or upgrade a house. My husband is a contractor and he did notice two of your toilets really need to be looked after before something tragic happens. The second floor And the main bedroom off the kitchen. The toilets rock and that can be dangerous. You might wanna let a plumber look at that. Other than that, we really liked it. The entrance in there was a broken piece ceramic crab by your door when we got there. We know that trash day is Tuesday but because of the high winds and 48th Street was like a wind tunnel we knew your trash cans would be blowing into Ocean Highway. So we still left them underneath where they were. He followed your instruction and we also took pictures how we left the house. Something I’ve always done for years. Thank you again and hopefully you’ll let us rent from you in the future.
