Spacious and well appointed

We loved the large rooms, comfortable beds and cozy living spaces. The kitchen was large, well appointed and we were able to celebrate with a Christmas feast including turkey and all the trimmings. It was the perfect size for a family gathering and gave us all space to enjoy ourselves.

Beautiful house in Baltimore

This house was perfect for our family. It was in a very convenient location and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating with our every request. Will definitely book again when back in town.

Cozy, Clean House, right off the interstate

This was the second time we stayed here and the house has been improved. You won't regret staying here--the house is very clean and is setup ready to go with everything you need. The beds are amazingly comfy. The owner communicates well and makes sure you enjoy your stay.

Convenient & spacious!

We were there to attend a convention, very convenient area for us We didn’t spend anytime in the house other than just going there to sleep. Super easy check in and out. It was great that we had four full bathrooms and good size room! I would consider staying there if I need to go back for a convention.

Newly renovated house, very nicely done. Spacious and comfortable. Not much curb appeal but once you walk in, wow. Could use more comfortable deck chairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a Large Family Gathering

We hosted our very large family at the house for 6 days and did so very comfortably. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Yangchen was very communicative when we needed. We have to return in 2 years for another graduation and, honestly, I'll prob check the availability of this house first. Walkable to Dunkin' was a nice perk!

Beautiful house

The outside is very deceiving but inside is absolutely gorgeous. The renovations have to be recent. We recommend staying here. There’s a small Walmart, Giant grocery store and a wine and liquor store 2 blocks behind the house. Plenty of things to do, shopping & kids activities. We went to the aquarium. It was fun. So stay and explore!

Little Gem

We recently had a basketball tournament at the Baltimore Convention Center. We found this Gem that easily fit us with all the accommodations needed and was was an easy 15 min ride to the city. Very clean and newly renovated. Plenty of options and most importantly plenty of clean and well maintained bathrooms. I would certainly consider staying again if we are back in town. An added bonus was that there were 3 dryers and 2 washers! Very convenient for a larger group. Host was super easy to work with. Thanks for the great stay.

Nice, but needs a bit of cleanup

Property was generally as advertised and was quite clean and comfortable for 7 adults. However, the backyard had a bit too much junk and dog poo for our liking. Also, pots and pans were of very poor quality and in need of updating.

The property was in a good location. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was great. We didn’t know that the twin beds will be in the basement. My kids didn’t want to sleep there. Second floor was amazing. Super comfy. Overall great stay.

Convocation2025

Prior to arriving from booking to the day of departure and arrival, the owner was in good communication with me. My family stayed here previously with our little grands and we loved the space all the features and extras in the house. This time ( our 2nd visit) it was just the four of us- mom 85, spouse myself and sister. Upon arrival it was in the evening and the lawn and needed some cutting. The combination lock on the door went smoothly. It was very hot that day and upon entering it was nice and cool. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners to have the ac on for us. I asked if they could cut the grass the owner took care of it right away. They added another bedroom on the main floor in addition to another bathroom. It was perfect for my 85 year old mom who could not get up the steps. We were there for our annual convocation which was a religious event. Everyone had their own space and private bathroom. It was just what we needed. Everyone under one roof and still had their own privacy. One room was not used. We have fallen in love with this home and have made it our annual vacation spot when we return to convocation each year. It’s a nice neighborhood, it”s close and convenient to the shopping stores and not far from our church. Dunkin Doughnuts was walking distant- around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners. The house is really as it is described - home away from home and beyond. It’s a real gem in the mist of town. Love it!

Convocation 2022 with family

Upon our arrival it was a smooth check in. The owner left detailed instructions . It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Loved the beds. They were nice and high. I really liked the design of the kitchen. Very convenient to our church( convocation) we were here on a business meeting and needed a place close by. This was our first AirB&B and we’ve had a positive experience. It was accommodating for my 82 yr old mom and my handicapped sister. They were able to use the side door to minimize going up and down stairs. The deck was nice too,. For future rentals, may want to add a handicap rail in the master bedroom bathroom. Again, it was very convenient. We look forward to booking our next stay at future AirB&B.

I live nearby in Catonsville. Before moving to Baltimore, I lived in the San Fransisco Bay Area for many years. As much as I some times miss the mild winters in the Bay, I also thoroughly enjoy the four seasons of Baltimore. I like walking and hiking. I deeply care for the environment and try my best to save energy, minimize waste, use recyclables and properly segregate household waste. I wanted to do my part to protect and care for our Earth.

I have furnished and organized this house with care taking care of minute details to make your stay comfortable. I have had several people ask me that having a bed and bath on the main level would be helpful, especially for people who have difficulty walking stairs. I am now adding a bedroom and a full bath, plus a sunroom on the main level! The beds are for comfort. The house is spacious. I personally clean the house and make sure it is as clean and neat as I would personally like it for myself. There is a patio accessible from the kitchen that sits comfortably overlooking the backyard. When the weather is nice, treat the grill with a barbecue under the shade of our kind tree in the backyard.

My house is located in a nice area tucked away into a quiet neighborhood yet being convenient in terms to nearness to eating places, shopping centers, free way, BWI, Marc strain station etc. For those who like to enjoy the woods, there is trail at the end of the street that takes you into the woods and then a park passing a scenic crater-like meadow on the way. Route 40 and 695 beltway both of which are within 3 minutes of the house takes you to Baltimore city with great convenience. Baltimore city is easily reached using route 40 or 695 beltway both of which are within 3 minutes drive from the house.
