The GRACE Villa - a homey affair!

The two-level house is tastefully furnished and comprises the following spaces and amenities:
On the main level are a living room, a game room, a queen-size bedroom with a sofa bed (Room 101), a full bath, a family room, the dining area, the fully fitted kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, a cloakroom and laundry space, and a spacious deck for outdoor relaxation.
On the upper level, a king-size bedroom with a sofa bed, an en-suite full bath, and a spacious dressing closet (Room 201), a queen-size bedroom (Room 202), two other queen-size bedrooms (Rooms 203 and 204), a closet, and a full shared bath.
All Bedrooms come with a small TV, a workstation, an Alexa, and a mirror.
All Bedroom doors are e-lock and latch-controlled for maximum security and privacy.
The Living room is modestly decorated with beautiful ceramic ornaments, 5 seater good quality sofas, 2 reclining chairs, an 85" smart TV, surround sound bars, an ALEXA, and a lovely chandelier. The Private Family room has an L-shaped sofa and a smart TV.
The Kitchen has a stainless-steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and an oven/range gas cooker. There are sets of cooking pots, cutlery, plates, glass cups, knives, an electric kettle, a blender, a Coffee maker machine, etc., for mild cooking. Condiments and foodstuffs are not provided.
The Dining table is a 4-seater glass-finished table complemented with a 2-seater granite top kitchen island.
The Game room has a pool table with a substitute ping-pong board. Therein, at a corner, you have the ironing board and an iron.
The Laundry houses a washer and a dryer.
The Bedroom window blinds are remote-controlled.
The Floors are mostly hardwood-finished.
The Backyard is beautifully landscaped and fenced in, featuring a standard in-ground swimming pool, a large deck, and masterfully designed stone pathway, and a BBQ Grill with ample patio spaces with chaise lounges ideal for guests' and friends' gatherings.



Other details:
Group or individual booking of the entire house is available. Stated below are the night rate and other fees for the use of the facility:
1. Rate for the entire house of 5 bedrooms starts from - $450.00/night.
Just so you know, the above room rate permits only 2 guests per room. Every additional guest over and above the allowed 2 guests per room (10 GUESTS). For each guest registered over and above the first 10 guests, there is an additional charge of $35.00 per guest up to a maximum of 5 additional guests registrable. The entire house can comfortably sleep a maximum of 15 guests, with 14 guests sharing the regular and sofa beds in the rooms, and 1 or 2 guests sleeping on the 2 reclining chairs in the main lounge.
2. Cleaning Service Fee for the entire house - $275.00.
3. Use of the swimming pool and/or its environment is only available during the summer season - $80.00/stay.
4. Use of the BBQ Grill is only during the summer season - $50.00/stay.
Each of the 5 Bedrooms offers the following features:
1. Room 101 is on the main level. It has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and a dedicated full bath.
2. Room 201 is on the upper level. It has a King-size bedroom, a sofa bed with a private ensuite, and a full bath.
3. Room 202 is on the upper level. It has a queen-size bedroom and a sofa bed and shares a full bath.
4. Room 203 is on the upper level. It has a queen-size bed and shares a full bath.
5. Room 204 is on the upper level. It has a queen-size bed and shares a full bath.
Also, just so you know, a stay of 7 days or more will be considered a long-term stay, and cleaning will therefore be on a call basis by the guest at an extra cleaning service fee.

Please note! In the same location is a House with two separately listed apartments:
1. The Grace Suite comprises 2 Bedrooms in the basement.
2. The Grace Villa comprises 5 Bedrooms on the main and upper levels.
The two apartments are securely and safely separated by an internal door. Both are separately listed. The House has a private pool for common use during the summer season only. We do not permit pool parties even by the poolside, and there is no LIFEGUARD! Pool usage is at the users'/guests' risk, and basic safety rules must be observed.
3. A house party of a maximum of 25 guests is permitted within the house and could be extended to the deck.
4. There shall be no outdoor decorations for the promotion of a get-together, a house party, or the like.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
1. No Commercial photography or filming is allowed without prior disclosure by the guest. Approval must be sought and obtained at an extra charge before it can be granted.
2. Assaults and insults of any form are prohibited within the facility. No Racism! No Discrimination!! No Fraud or Illegal Activities!!!
3. All forms of waste generated within the common areas must be hygienically bagged before disposal.
4. If any appliance, equipment, fixtures, and fittings malfunction, are dysfunctional, damaged, or broken, immediately report to the Host/House Manager for immediate attention and appropriate action.
5. Extension of stay by a guest in occupation could ONLY be considered and granted if any of the house rules have not been breached and if there is a vacant room or there are vacant rooms yet to be booked by any guest at the time of request.
6. The personal properties of guests are kept at the owners' risk.
7. We appeal for strict compliance with all the house rules, as a breach of any of the rules may attract a surcharge on the erring guest’s credit card or forfeiture of a part or whole of the security deposit.
8. For emergencies, call 911 and then notify the Host/House Manager.
9. Our POOL is OPEN FOR USE during the SUMMER SEASON ONLY. Swimming is at the guests'/swimmers' own risk. No lifeguard is provided on site by the Host/Owner. All basic swimming rules must be obeyed. Partying in and around the pool is PROHIBITED.


Our pool is OPEN FOR USE during the Summer Season ONLY. Children must always be accompanied by an adult/guest who knows how to swim. NO LIFEGUARD on site. Using the pool and its location is at the user's/guest's risk. Partying in and around the pool is prohibited.


The entire premises, including the swimming pool, garden, and the outdoor grill, are not exclusive for the use of a group of guests. There are two (2) exclusive and well-separated apartments in this location; therefore, 2 groups of guests could cohabitate at the same time.


Parking of guests' vehicles could be on the driveway and the street, and it is free. Please note - vehicles are parked at owners' risk, and guests are not allowed to block other neighbors' driveways.


1. Pre-approval and extra fees for using the pool and the outdoor grill must be obtained and paid for.
2. Internal partying of more than 25 guests is prohibited in the house.
3. Partying in and around the pool is prohibited.
4. External display of Event banners/heavy decorations is prohibited.

PRIVACY LIMITS
All spaces within the apartment reserved by you are private to you and your folks. Only the garden, swimming pool, and outdoor grill are for common use. However, you must pre-book for the use of the pool and the grill at extra fees.
