Family Villa in Aliki Paros

This 150 sq.m.luxurious villa is situated in the southern part of Paros in an area between Aliki village and Faragas beach, only 10 km away from the main town (Paroikia). A few minutes away from the villa you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bakery shop. Aliki is located on the southwest corner of Paros island and has recently developed into a self-contained village. Together with places to eat and drink there are also supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, and bakery. Due, for the most part to the sea’s sandy bottom which drops off very gently from the shore, Faragas beach provides the perfect family beach with all the necessary amenities.
Entering the Villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room with sofas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. In between there is also a dining area. At this level, is also locateda master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom that has a jacuzzi.On the second level, one finds two master bedrooms. The first with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower panel and the second with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower panel also. This room has also a balcony with a sofa and undisturbed view.Finally there is a guest house fully equipped with two single beds, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom with shower.

What makes this villa unique is the outdoor area. Featuring a private pool, a built bar and bbq, an outdoor dining and lounge area, sunbeds and even a ping pong table,guests may sit all together having fun or can even enjoy their private moments. It is an outdoor area which combines relaxation and pleasure. You can observe your kids playing in the pool while having a relaxing dinner or breakfast. Also people with different preferences may swim, eat and relax in the same parallel area. This single huge outdoor area offers an unforgettable experience!
